I feel lucky to have Village Health. They're incredibly user friendly and professional. Their staff are all top notch people.

AMAZING SERVICE! Came in to get tested for the UnHoly Trinity: Flu, Strep, & COVID
But I saw the doctor and the nurse TWICE within my first 15 minutes of being there! My nurse, Bri, and Dr. Castle, were extremely nice, patient, and helped me along every step of the way!
And shout out to my Momma-in-law, she works here too ️

Due to a failure in their phone system I could not hear the individual on the other line during every phone call. Apparently they cancelled my appointment because I couldn't confirm. PTO wasted.

Scheduled my husband for blood work. He gets off work at 5pm so I scheduled for 6pm. He fasted till 2pm and I wanted to make sure lab was open so he can get blood work completed.

Lab is not open after 5: 30pm. I'm not sure why he was scheduled for blood work at all they didn't tell us. Labs also couldn't be sent (so he could go earlier to get labs completed) because he is a new patient and I understand certain policies, but it basically came down to well maybe he will get blood work done or not so we just canceled, because that was the entire reason of our visit. Ladies we spoke to were nice but a lot of confusion.

Very professional and welcoming staff, office. Renee is brilliant at labs, phlebotomy and beyond helpful outside of the bloodwork. Highly recommend this outstanding, very caring medical group. <3

I se Dr. Castle and he is 10/10 one of the best and nicest doctors I’ve ever met. He isn’t a pill pusher which I greatly appreciate, he’s very willing to help figure out whatever problem so that he can help. The kindest doctor, he also got me in SO fast! Shout out to Dr. Castle and his amazing staff!

Easily one of the most incompetent or lazy (perhaps both) clinics I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. This medical group struggles with answering a phone call, Medicare billing and cannot send a simple referral over to another healthcare provider. If you can stay away, do that.

Do you want a quick run with racism? Or to be treated as if you’re a druggy? Then this is the place for you. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location if you’re having an actual medical problem. You won’t be taken seriously and won’t be helped.

For over ten years I have trusted my health care to Dr. Gothard at Village Health Partners - Legacy Medical Village. Dr. Gothard has helped me through some real health issues over the years. When I've had unexpected medical needs and he isn't available many other physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners have cared for me. The patient portal is so easy to use and really helpful to have at my fingertips. Everyone on the Village team answers my many questions and ask me many questions to make each appointment productive. The team is committed to my health care and this is so important to me so I can enjoy life! A big Texas sized thank you to the entire Village Health team!

As if it couid not get any better. We love Village Health Partners. We now have a new favorite person to add to our list (Lynn Gross, Gregory Ennis and Jentry are the best too). Today Mary Ann called me back to help get our daughters vaccine records to us for college. In seconds she was able to verify our daughter was up to date and emailed us the records. If only all the steps for getting ready to send our first child off to college was this easy. She made this painless. Thank you Mary Ann.

This review is not just for this practice but I can leave this same review for many others. You will find their names on the travel insurance websites but when you call to make an appointment, before they even ask you for the name of the insurance, they’ll say they don’t do market place. Why are the names listed in the travel insurance websites in the first place? I won’t blame the travel insurance as the practice offices are not even asking for which travel insurance we have. Where should the visitors go with any health ailments?

Also, the folks answering the phone are extremely rude and just say yes we are sorry we won’t accept it and hang up.

Village Health Partners (VHP) has prided themselves for "leading edge technology" since the 2000s. However.

Website has constant issues. Accessing medical records thru the patient portal is worse than 1990s dial up technology. There is no email address or phone number listed to contact their IT department for the constant issues.

Automated answering system boots you out of the queue, after you patiently wait listening to the countdown of number of callers ahead of you in the queue.

"Forget Password" on website emails you a "reset password" link that is "expired".

Televisit does "not" work on Firefox and Edge for Windows 7 64 bit computers. Other doctors software for televisits "do work".

Helo App does "not" work on Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

I am NOT going to purchase a new computer and new phone, just so I can be a patient of Village Health Partners.

Hilarious that VHP prides itself on "leading edge" technology. Yet for years issues have plagued the IT department in charge of VHP website and phone systems.

I love Dr. Garduno and his nurse is very nice. He's a wonderful doctor and takes the time to listen to all my concerns. What I don't Ike is having to walk into the building then read the sign on the door to text that I've arrived and go back to my car and wait to be texted to come back. It's a bit much and of all the doctors I see the only one still doing this.

Dr Moon saved my life 9.5 years ago due to several issues he detected. My follow up with Emily Lau yesterday was the same quality of service. Nurse Mary was very thorough and kind. Village Health Partners is my go to for ALL of my health needs.

Dr. Sander Gothard is great. He has taken care of me for almost a decade now. He has seen me at my worst and at my best. I will go to him for checkups, physicals, tests, Labs and medications and vaccines. I am confident that whatever I tell him that he understands and is willing to go above and beyond to help me. Thank you Doctor Sander Gothard!

It could not have been better. I have the upmost trust in Dr Garduno and his abilities. Ive been with doc since 2008 and have no intensions on leaving his side. He has been such a blessing to have as my PCP.

My dad had an appointment with Dr. Moon in the morning at 7: 30 AM. He has a extreme pain he’s been suffering from for a week and we had to wait for a week to get this appointment. We were looking forward to this appointment to figure out what may be is going on with him.

At 7 AM (when we were already out and on the way to the office), we got a call and later saw the voice message that he is out and the appointment is needed to be rescheduled. If the doc cancelled the appointment because Monday is a Memorial Day and he just woke up in the morning and felt like having a long weekend then he must know how UNPROFESSIONAL he is and either way this office is a MESS. You have to wait for weeks for appointments and HOURS in the phone line before someone picks your call.
