Walk in waiting a long time but the pa was good. The nurse was very helpful. Office staff ok.

Chad Burch was great, extremely attentive of my concerns and answered all the medical questions I asked. He made me feel comfortable with his professionalism and bedside manners. I highly recommend Chad and Village Medical in Humble.

Staff is great! Doctors in this facility are really great down to earth docs that listen and explain well.

Dr. Jensen is very thorough and takes the time to understand his patient, which I genuinely appreciate.

Sorry faculty.
1. They do not care
about their patients.
2. Do not handle business if you have multiple health issues.
3. Extremely hard to contact
4. Send you on wild goose chase for tests and equipments.
5. Don't follow on their patients.
Will leave you to die if you wait on them.
Rated as extremely poor, will never recommend anyone to use there service.

I've been going to Humble Family Practice for 40 yrs. Great doctors & the staff are always professional.

This doctor rushed through my visit and did not even ask if i had questions. I was practically hung up on.

I have been going to Chad Burch PA for a few years now and he always takes the time to answer all of my questions and or concerns. Chad is very friendly and knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable and understood. I don't ever feel rushed which is really important to me.

Shawn Jensen is who i have always seen, and i have always felt comfortable with him and felt that my health issues have been addressed. I highly recommend Village Medical.

My visit was very comforting from the time I arrived. The check in person was very kind and knowledgeable. The assistant was very helpful and talking to me while administering the COVID test. That helped me to feel more comfortable taking the test. The doctor made me feel at ease asking a lot of questions about my health and the medications I take. Also, the doctor has a great sense of humor, which is very helpful and comforting anytime you're sick. By the way, my wait time was less than 30 minutes.

Chad was awesome he explained in great detail what was the issue and provided solutions to improving my health

Do not see Dr. Ahmed! He will not listen to your concerns. I have very bad reflux and my concerns were my throat was raw and I can not swallow without intense pain and I can not eat and I am having issues breathing. My throat felt like it was closed. Dr. AHMED did not even offer to look at my throat. I had to beg him to look at my throat and take me seriously! I am currently at another Doctors office, because this Doctor did not take me seriously. I honestly feel like I was racially profiled by prejudice and not taken seriously due to my race.

Loved going over my health stufies with Dr. Jensen this is so just right, of course Dr. Jensen is so super nice, takes time to go over all my meds, thanks Doc.
