I have been a patient of Dr. Gilford since 2018. She and her assistant are always professional and courteous. The office support and lab technicians respond to patients in a prompt and professional manner.

10.30am appointment, didn’t leave until 12.30pm. Poor time management at the clinic as I was kept waiting for 45 minutes without an update, and then, no apologies offered for their lateness. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Flores always takes the time to throughly explain the diagnosis. Knowledgeable, caring, and friendly.

Dr Gupta was very thorough, listened tentatively, gave me alternate solutions to problems and spent unhurried time with me. She was very knowledgeable in her responses to my questions.

Dr. Shi-Tze-Lu was very professional, analytical, and personally very up to date on various studies and new vaccines. The staff were pleasant to work with and very quick to help.

This has alway been a professional place Dr. Flores has been my doctor for many years. Hes professional, friendly, and informative. I am so glad hes my doctor.

Dr. Timberly Gilford is the BEST. Internal Medicine Physician ever. She's always professional, very patience, very knowledgeable and does not rush her patients. Dr Gilford takes the time to explain all tests results with you and those that she suggest you should have. I will always be a patient of hers forever.

The experience with the staff was great this time. Everyone was friendly and professional. Greeting you as you entered office. I didn't have to experience a long wait time.

The phlebotomist is alway amazing and professional as well.

This place never answers the phone to book appointments, I booked an appointment because I’m sick so they told me my own doctor cannot see me because of my symptoms so I have to go to another dr that doesn’t know me and just gave me antibiotics.

Very professional, detailed explanations, knowledgeable and patient. Doc Lu took kids time both for examinations and his explanations. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Abel Flores is just the best. He always listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. He has great bedside manner and knows how to deliver the true hard facts as well. It's rare when I can say I enjoy my visits to the doctor, but I do with Dr. Able Flores.

Dear Dr. Sheena and Viktoriya,
I am writing to inform you both that the Survey that I completed yesterday ONLY reflected my visit to the Respiratory Clinic. After I submitted the Survey, I realized that it would seem as if I would not recommend anyone to Associates in Medicine. This could not be further away from the truth. I believe that I have been a patient of Dr. Sheena's for approximately 20 years and HE IS THE BEST! I have not known Viktoriya for very long but I am very impressed with the interactions that I have had with her. She is a DEFINITE ASSET TO THE PRACTICE! I have recommended the Associates in Medicine (Dr. Sheena) to friends and family. I trust Dr. Sheena with my life. The staff are very friendly everyone from front office to the Doctor and lab. They really know how to make someone who is deaf to have a pleasant experience thank you
