I cannot thank Dr. Ventimiglia and his staff enough for everything they have done for my father and my family. Absolutely an amazing doctor going above and beyond since we met. The only negative experience has nothing to do with the doctor or anyone in his office- only the answering service that Village Medical uses - nice people, but one message out of countless was received by the doctor. If having problem getting in touch with your doctor, use the app on your phone to leave him a message- that’s the only way I have been able to get in touch. Thank you Dr V

Attended to on a timely manner. My husband and went for our quarterly blood work. The phlebotomist was great.

Extremely satisfied from the time I stepped inside the building with a very courteous assistant at the reception desk to the nurse and most of all a very attentive and helpful Doctor Hashim Majeed.

I really appreciate how professional the staff is here. Everything flows so smoothly and they all work together as a team.

All staff are super friendly and helpful the office is efficient and I hardly have had to wait for longer than my appointment time. The Dr’s are very professional and caring about you and your problems

Dr. Majeed listened to his patients. He cares for his patients. He also focus on natural approaches before going to medication for all cure. He puts me as ease and bring clarity to my situation.

I’ll put 0 stars if I could. They agreed to an appointment for bloodwork and a test, and they simply not do it because they nurse “left”. At the end they will bill your insurance for something you didn’t get done. This clinic will scam your insurance. Please do your self a favor and go somewhere else!

Love this place everyone is so kind and helpful. My husband and I enjoy seeing the doctors & staff. I would highly recommend Village Medical in Garland to everyone!

Once this practice was bought by Village Medical, the doctors and the practice become money hungry and no longer focused on what was best for the patient. My mom, a dementia patient, was charged for “estate planning” which was absolutely NOT something she brought up. More importantly, I’m an attorney and had her estate planning under control. I disputed the bill but no one would discuss the very real scam (which, of course, they were also paid by Medicare for). I cannot warn you away enough. They’ll take advantage and show very little empathy while doing so. Now, despite my reaching out THREE times and being assure I’d get a response, they’ve sent my mom to collections over $84. Absolutely awful.

UPDATE: don’t be misled by their responses to these reviews. They clearly have a reading comprehension problem on top of lack of empathy. I’m not going to waste a FOURTH phone call to be told the same thing (nothing). What a joke.

I scheduled an appointment today online because I was having issues with my right eye which I believe to be pink eye the appointment was scheduled for 11: 40 at the 1902 Jupiter in Garland. I never received a confirmation of the appointment either via text or email so I decided to call just to confirm that the online scheduling did go through and I in fact have an appointment at 11: 40. The young lady that answered said yes so I arrived for my appointment at 11: 30 walked in, the young lady asked may I help you I said it yes I have an appointment at 11: 40 she didn't even ask me my name she just looked it up said oh well I think you would be better going to an urgent Care up the street because if we see you here she said you're a new patient right I said yes she said because if we see you here then you would have to switch over for us to become your primary. She said do you have a primary I said yes I have a primary she asked why wasn't I seen my primary I said because my primary is not an office today. Then she said okay well then it'll be better for you to go to an urgent care and then they'll refer you back to your primary. I said okay I wish someone would have told me this when I called because I canceled another appointment with CVS minute clinic because this facility is closer to my house she went on to explain, now I did walk out in the middle of her explaining because I felt like it doesn't state that on the website that I cant be an occasional patient of their office I would have thought about switching because I'm not attached to my doctor that I go to now and in fact I had been looking but because she came at me that way without even asking me my name first and just immediately suggestion that I go to a urgent care clinic down the road then I decided this wasn't the place for me to go. I would never refer anyone to this clinic. Now I'm sitting in front of another CVS because I had to reschedule. I'm waiting until 1: 00 so I've been sitting here for the last 28 minutes waiting for my 1: 00 visit because nobody told me that my 11: 40 visit I wasn't going to be able to be seen because I wasn't willing to be a new patient up there on a consistent basis. Never heard of that if my life and I'm 59.but heck it's a first time for everything.

My experience was my doctor was very good it's time she's considered and I really love her very much and I want to continue seeing my doctor

The Dr. Vengill explained everything good so that I could understand. The staff is nice polite & professional. The office was clean The atmosphere was good

Everyone is Super friendly, Dr Nguyen takes his time during my appointments. Rarely do I have to wait over 5 minutes to be seen!

I didn't like the wait. My appointment was at 3: 30pm. And they attended to me until 4: 10pm.
