I love my experience here with Dr. Alex! This is a great location and I trust them with my health

Calling in for my appointment was difficult - super slow process of gathering my info. But when I arrived the front desk staff was super nice, as were the medical professionals. They did a great job and made me feel valued. Super convenient!

I feel so glad and relieved that I’ve found this clinic. Dr Valverde is very respectful and caring. He addressed all my concerns patiently. The staff is very friendly and the clinic very clean.

I was able to register and book my appointment online. The staff was very friendly and get me in and out quickly. The dr went over my condition thoroughly and sent my medications to the pharmacy while speaking with me. The clinic was clean and the location is convenient.

Dr. Jose was really nice and warm. The staffs were very helpful and caring. The facility is nice, new and clean. They just opened up last year.

Dr. George is fantastic! All of the nurses and front desk professionals are great. I’ve never been to a more friendly/patient-oriented doctor’s office. They truly take the time to not just hear you, but listen to you.

My baby and I went to village medical in this Walgreens after getting turned away by Baylor Clinic. We were able to get the service with a very professional crew. I appreciated that very much. The trick of this type of visit depends mainly on insurance plans (in network or out of network). I had BCBS ppo, and I was told that it is in the network. By the way, they were very friendly.

This place is a ABSOLUTE JOKE! I sent my sister based off word of mouth and she received a bill that’s it’s outrageous and she was told her insurance was accepted but once she got there and asked the guy again he was clueless along with the rest of them. The office is nice and clean when I came to get my sister from her visit but she was irritated and upset by the lack of knowledge from the employees there, which made me look bad for referring and taking her there. I will never refer anyone to this location EVER and waiting on a call from the office manager is a bigger joke. If you go to this place just be careful!

I called and asked if they take my insurance and they said that they took 1 but was in the middle of taking the other one and made my appointment. I show up and they tell me that they can't see me because they don't expect my insurance.

I like the doctor he took his time and talked to both me and my husband about our conditions. We left with information and we got the medication needed for our recovery. We will go again.

Normally I dread doctor visits, however, I had a great experience getting my yearly checkup with Dr. Dimafelix. He is absolutely my new PCP. You can tell he is focused on individual wellness, and not just getting done with the patient. Thank you Dr. D, and Ericka (probably spelled your name wrong, sorry), and the whole staff.

Considering this office is connected to a Walgreens. Hands down greatest patient care experience I have ever had! Dr. Alex is always so informative and helpful. The entire staff listens and is very attentive. I hadn't been to the doctor in a while due to the stress of looking for a good office where you vibe well with the doctors and staff. But I am so glad I decided to come here and feel really at ease. They genuinely care about you and making sure I am well. I love my new doctor and staff! I travel all the way from my home in Terrell to this location because they are awesome!

I don’t expect to find quality care at physician offices anymore, much less in an office I found inside of Walgreens. But I am 100% amazed by this place! Alex is who I saw, he was personable and informative. I was impressed that he personally made sure I got a copy of my ekg for my records. Jessica was kind and and helpful when she performed my ekg and took my blood. Another thing is that she drew my blood there in the exam room which is awesome because at my previous doctor, I’d leave the room only to go wait again in the lobby for the bloodwork.
My prescription made it to the pharmacy with no issues, my refill had no issue and my labs were communicated by phone and online. Seriously, not one complaint.

I feel for those who were taken back by insurance issues. You can’t take on your insurance easily. I have learned from personal experiences to always call my insurance and get a representative to confirm in network along with a reference number for my call. If insurance mis-informed you, that reference number will make a difference!
