Village Oaks Apartments reviews
10Some highlights include location; very close to a lot of restaurants/grocery stores, for easy quick trips. As well as amenities; the Recreational Center is great. Maintenance team response time is quite good. Despite some minor fixes that had to be done, so far I’ve enjoyed living here, and I’d say it’s a good place to call home. Overall solid apartments
If I could rate it lower I would I currently live in the 4 bedroom and the staff are unhelpful and rude, roomates don’t shower and never clean up after themselves, roaches, water randomly turns off for “short periods of time” then will be off for 9 hours, and then when it finally comes back on guess what no hot water. Go anywhere else there are way better places than this.
The people I work with on a daily are all hard workers and get things done to the best of our abilities, professionally I reject the comments that are being left by residents. We care about our residents and do our best to make it feel like a home. I hope you will try to give us a chance and if you come into the clubhouse and need help or even need to talk I'd be more than happy to.
Worst dorm room ever! Way too expensive roaches are EVERYWHERE! The water gets hot for some reason, the floor get dirty easily. Not to mention even the roommates are the worst, they never clean themselves, smoking, vaping and doing drugs and alcohol and there rude and lazy! Never going to this place ever again!
100% recommend a different living place. Every apartment I had been too is covered in cockroaches and when I made a complaint I was told exterminators come regularly but I never once saw an exterminator while I was here. There isn’t any lights in the living area and my front door frame was falling apart an never could get it fixed. My microwave would trip breakers with nothing else being turned on or plugged in and the water is constantly getting turned off for a bunch of reasons. The staff are good people I feel like they did try to help but these apartments need to be torn down and replaced
By far the worst living experience I’ve ever had Horrible management, 0 regard to privacy, none of the units even have living room lights and they’re infested by roaches. “An exterminator comes every Wednesday” I was told and I saw an exterminator come into my unit once out of the whole time I’ve stayed there. The units look nothing like they are advertised to be. Maintenance takes forever to come. It’s just an all around terrible place to live would not recommend to anyone.
Foundation issues, bugs everywhere, the lock on the front door doesn’t work. After multiple work orders none of these have been addressed. When locked out of our apartment we went to the clubhouse for help during business hours a staff member was in there at the desk and would not open the door or talk to us. Weekly fines and RAs coming to apartments after hours and walking right in. Windows leaking water due to cracks in wall.
Would not rent again, apartment is covered in cockroaches. Have asked maintenance to spray, they refuse. Foundation is completely broken and apartment building is failing over. Front Door does not lock properly apartment can be easily broken into. I have ask for help from village oak employees but none of them are helpful.
Worst bug infestation I have ever experienced in my life. If you have to live here, get out as soon as you can because they obviously don't care about the residents living with roaches in their rooms.
Terrible place to stay tons of Roches and bed bugs would not recommend unless you don't mind having to pay for people to exterminate the bugs
