Village Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics, Allen TX

Turnover rate of a typical fast food chain, front office is clueless, uneducated and rude. You will start a treatment with a doctor and bounce to another. You get different information weekly and the length of the treatment keeps extending due to the lack of doctors availability and constant rescheduling and they will drive the chargers up and want to bill you for it after the treatment was paid in full! Everyone is the manager till you speak to next person to confirm they weren't actually a manager. This place is running with hopes and prayers. If you value your time and your family, go somewhere else and you can thank me later.

I went for my first visit at this office today. Dr. Matthew Stephens was exceptional! He was very patient, empathetic and knowledgeable. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Everyone from the front desk lady to Kristy the hygienist and Olivia my dental assistant were fantastic as well. The constant communication notifying me of each step of what to expect next and why definitely made me feel more at ease during my visit.
Highly recommend this office!

The dental hygienist was very nice and knowledgeable and she did a great job cleaning all the stains away.

Unfortunately the doctor and the whole staff have turned to Business men.on what they focus on now is milking you for everything you got. Forget about fillings, they want to turn it to crowns because they get to make 20 times more money on crowns. Wisdom teeth has to go because they could one day cause a problem oh, well God created them for a reason.no matter how good you are you cannot clean your teeth at home you have to buy there very expensive package to clean your teeth even though the hygienist is terrible. I'm not coming back in ever again

I have not been to the dentist in (many) years, however the staff was very nice and caring. They really do pamper, to your needs. Dr. Wade, was very professional and personable. He took my mind off my pain, he was just ABSOLUTELY, WONDERFUL & GREAT. Now both of my grown daughters go there. They are truly outstanding ️. Thanks guys.

I hate going to the dentist with a passion but Village Smiles made me feel comfortable. My experience was so awesome from the ladies at the front desk Melissa and Necie who are professional and sweet to Dentist Dr. David Cho, he made me feel comfortable, and safe. He was informative and educated me hip and thigh on all of my needs for my teeth.
I highly recommend Village Dentistry to everyone.
Oh did I mention I walked in with no insurance and still they had a perfect payment plan for my lifestyle. Great place. Give them a call today to set up an appointment, You won't regret it.

Definitely DO NOT recommend this place.they are NOT doctors but sales men or I could say thiefs.
My son I had two cleaning a year, they charged us but refused to clean.basically they told us that all our teeth are bad and rotten. All my life our dentists was very happy about my dental health.he lied saying that we grind our teeth at night. Had bleeding teeth etc. Shame on them. Very sad to see a professional to lie like them.

I chipped a back tooth and spent the night at the ER in the worst pain of my life it was more horrible then giving birth first thing in the morning I went up there with this emergency and they got me in right away! All of the nurses and staff and of course doctor were so sweet to me and caring and really made me feel completely comforted! They were amazing! Thank you everyone for your help!

Our family of 4 has been going to Village Smiles for 4-5 years for routine cleanings/xrays. Mom has also had a CAD fitting, daughter has had braces and pulled teeth, dad has had deep cleanings. Been happy overall. Rachel at front desk is super friendly and helpful! Thank you Rachel!
