3Pretty amazing work from Armando with the grounds service team. He was able to help major with a leaking sprinkler system and got our A/C up and running very fast. Just in time for these hotter days that are rapidly approaching. 10/10
Hey, Property Management is great here, they are Fantastic and upbeat.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The service team repeatedly enters without permission, notice of entry, and - at times - without any work orders pending. Very unsettling walking out of my bedroom in the morning to a strange man standing inside my entry. I complained several times to management and they even put a note on my file to not enter without calling first. Did nothing to help. I didn’t feel safe leasing here whatsoever. One incident I walked into my apartment to a giant knife laying on the floor inside my front door that maintenance had left behind. No worse feeling than not feeling safe in your own home. And now they are trying to get me to pay thousands for early lease termination. Pay to terminate my lease after MULTIPLE incidents of your service team letting themselves in my home without any notice or work orders pending both WHILE I’M IN THE SHOWER and while I’m not home? ! Absurd and unacceptable. I gave plenty of notice and left my apt spotless. Absolute crooks.
Apart from that, the units are old and outdated so summer electric bills were outrageous. I was paying over $300/mth just for electricity for a 1 bedroom, with 1 person, with the A/C at 78° in the summer.
Avoid this place at all costs. So many other options available.
**UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the BBB and the company responded with factually incorrect information trying to save their butts. Dishonest and taking no responsibility! Thankful I kept diligent records and installed a Ring camera in my apartment. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! **
