Villas At Southport, Austin TX

Anni is the best! Honestly, this place is wonderful and she and Taia (spelling) have been such a huge help. Highly recommend living here.

This complex is a gem! This is our third year living at the Villas, and we really appreciate that Anni and other administrative staff and maintenance personnel have always been responsive, helpful, professional, and kind when we need to have something repaired or have any concerns, including our apartment itself and landscaping on the property. The grounds are quiet, safe, clean, and well-kept, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Villas at Southport to new residents.

We have lived at The Villas at Southport the entire 5 years we have been in Austin. We have stayed because the property is affordable and spacious. Our apartment complex is surrounded by trees, which makes it feel like we are away from the city, but you are actually close to all the major highways! The leasing office and maintenance team are always quick to respond to any questions/needs, and the owner really impressed us when the pandemic hit, working with us personally while employment was affected. We already recommended Tramor to 2 friends who signed leases, and would definitely recommend to others looking for a place to live in Austin.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience while living here. The staff is awesome and extremely prompt and helpful. Anni goes above and beyond to take care of me with any questions I may have. Tiffany has been amazing in my transition of moving to Austin and getting me settled into the new city. The maintenance crew is fantastic, quick, courteous and thoughtful. The Villas definitely offer a lot for their price and I love that it's nestled back from major thoroughfares. I would hands-down recommend this place to anyone.

Anni is absolutely the kindest person I have encountered during my apartment searches over the past month. She is also incredibly caring, genuine, and went above and beyond for me and the situation I found myself in. I really couldn't be more grateful to her, and I love my apartment!

The Villas at Southport is truly a special place. A GEM TUCKED IN THE TREES, in South/Central Austin. I moved to this property last year, and have felt more at home than ever. It's PRIVATE and QUIET. Yet, just a few short blocks north of 71, and a strait shot north to Downtown. So PRIME LOCATION.
Management staff is absolutely amazing! Tiffany and Molly genuinely care about the community, and have gone above and beyond to make sure I feel at home here. I know I can go into the office anytime and find support. Maintenance issues have always been addressed immediately and thoroughly.
I highly recommend considering The Villas, or Oak Run Apts for that matter (which is also a Tramor Property, just adjacent). Personable, inviting, supportive, caring, cozy, HOME.

Our experience at The Villas was great! The rent was reasonable, the parking was easy, the location is perfect and most importantly, the property managers and maintience staff were good to us. They were very professional, responsive and attentive. Big shoutout to Tiffany, Ilene and Aaron! We can’t thank you enough for all of your help.
