I had the absolute pleasure of making an impromptu stop at these apartments because I'm looking for a great fit for me. I was greeted by Terrell and he was an absolute delight! He answered all my questions and was so friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. You truly have someone special representing your property! I was sold after talking to him. I'm only waiting for the availability of my dream home and I'll be there! Thank you so much for your professionalism. It is definitely unmatched!

Sarina the leasing agent was very nice from the moment we took interest into looking at these apartments. She let us do a self tour of one of the units and helped us get the best rate possible for our move in date. She was able to guide us through the application process and kept in touch through email with me. She also called me to let me know our unit was ready if we wanted to go take a look at it whenever we were free. I’m very excited to move in here in a couple of weeks!

We've lived in this quiet, well run campus for over a year. The landscaping is kept very nice, grounds kept clean and everyone on staff is friendly.
The maintenance crew is impeccable, as they always get the job done - no matter what or the time - and in a friendly, courteous manner. They even clean up when they've completed any task! I often see them around, and they always smile and say hello.

I've lived in so many apts before and I hated everyone I lived in until I moved to Villas at West Rd. Management are very professional and if you have a problem they will take care of it right away. Sara is the Manager and the girls in the office are very sweet and they care about you. My son passed away last year and Sara and her staff and maintenance guys sent me a card. That touched my heart so much. Now the maintenance guys - WOW, they are the best I have ever seen. They take care of anything you need done asap. Very polite and they clean up after themselves. Grounds are very nice and very quite. I love that. Apt is very spacious and nice garage with plenty of storage. Signed up for another year. That should tell you how much I like it here.

I stayed at Villas for about 5 years with my wife during that time I never had an issue. The maintenance team was one of the most reliable groups of individuals always getting jobs done quickly and right the first time. The office staff was also always upfront and professional. This paired with the great location and easy access to the highway makes it's a dream spot to call home.

I love my apartment!

I have lived here for 6 years the pool is always open and clean, the staff is friendly and the apartments are big with alot of storage space. Best of all It is quiet and safe. Any maintenance reports i make gets resolved quickly.

My husband and I have lived at Villas at West Road for 6 years now. We previously lived at a different apartment property in the area. I can say with confidence that this is the nicest and quietest rental property we have lived at. It truly feels like "home. " Sara, the manager, is exceptional and incredibly responsive, as is the maintenance team. We were a little sad when our favorite maintenance man Juan took a promotion elsewhere, but the remaining maintenance men have all been just as awesome as Juan. At the Villas, the maintenance requests are taken care of within 24-48 hours max, which sets this property apart from others in the area. This is a very family friendly property and our daughters who now attend Jersey Village High School have enjoyed growing up here. Overall, we are happy living here and looking forward to moving into a bigger unit next month.

Sarina was my leasing professional that toured the community with me. She was fantastic and very welcoming! I ended up not relocating to Houston area but if I were to be in the area I would totally lease because of Sarina!

I've been a resident for almost two years and have zero complaints. If I have any issues, the office staff and/or the maintenance staff are prompt and courteous. The property is always kept up nicely. I feel safe allowing my children to play outside with friends. I'd recommend to anyone to consider living here.

Although the beautiful and serene property sells itself, it was Christine Scott who really helped me to decide to make Villas at West Road my home. She took time to answer ALL my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the in and outs of the Villas and the community!

So far I have ZERO complaints about this property. The staff has continued to be friendly and professional. I have received no problems when it comes to repairs / maintenance issues. Property is beautiful and quiet and I highly recommend.

As a single woman with no children, I contemplated moving downtown for a change in scenery. I viewed a couple of beautiful apartments (significantly higher rent as well) however I was turned off by the staff. This is when it really hit me how much the staff really affects ones decision and that I am so THANKFUL to be part of such an amazing community. Sara, Christine, Sarina and EVEN the maintenance guys are such an OUTSTANDING team. They are always pleasant and go the extra mile. They truly care about the people and not just there because its their job. I highly recommend Villas at West Road. Needless to say, I just renewed my contract for the second time.

The best feature of this complex is their maintenance team, which always tackles any work orders promptly and is always courteous and respectful. Management however is incompetent in resolving issues regarding noisy neighbors and yard work as early as 7 A. M, as well as pet owners don’t pick up after their pets. The apartment buildings are nice with available attached garages, the only downside is that they are old and dated, and due for a renovation (resulting in more frequency maintenance/work orders). The entire community is very well lit at night and safe for the most part, and there is a police officer on site 24/7 which is a huge contribution to keeping order. Overall, it’s an average apartment complex, not the luxury apartment they advertise and claim to be.

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to you and all the staff for the pleasant stay I've had here at Villas at West Road Apartments.

It has been a great eleven years, and I wanted to express my warmest appreciation to the manager Sara Cross and all the staff. It is so sad to have to leave. I moved to this complex July 04,2010 and I will be leaving May 2021 So, you all are like family to me. You have been the best from the way you all fondly treated me and my family.
Villas at West Road staff have made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
You always made sure to respond promptly to problems and provided the best services. I can’t thank you enough.

Please thank all of the staff for being so kind. I really appreciate it; it means so much. I hope to keep in touch. Thanks again for everything!

During my move in, the leasing agent Sarina was extremely helpful! She was kind, thoughtful very informed about everything and made sure my move in was nice and smooth! She got me exactly what I dreamed for! And it has been an incredible experience I've ever had in an apartment complex. When issues arrives she so assisting in showing us how to fill out forms and takes the time to make sure our issues are handled in the up most manner! The maintenance crew is amazing Mr. Salvador fixes everything flawlessly and such a quick basis. This is an incredible property and I love living here! Thank you Sarina for all your hard work!

My wife and I were trying to potentially lease here. We toured the place once about 4 months ago. At that time they didn’t have any apartments coming open that we preferred. So we didn’t go with them. Well we ended up decided to hold out on moving until now. Then thought back and said let’s take another look at these because I think the only issue was that they didn’t have a 2bed, 2bath with the upgrades available in our time frame last time. So, we pick up the phone to call them as we’re out to do scheduled tours with other apartments. It’s covid times so with most places you have to call ahead to schedule an appointment. A young white woman answers the phone. My wife says, hi ma’am we wanted to know if you guys currently have any two bed, two baths available with your upgraded amenities. We’re looking to move by next couple of weeks if we find something we like. She proceeded to say, we came and toured a few months back, but at that time you guys didn’t have anything coming open that we liked. She wanted name, email, phone number, blah blah blah. So, we gave both of our first and last names, one person’s phone number and my wife’s email, but she kept going with asking for all of this information. So I interjected in a cordial manner and said ma’am we’re literally driving and we’re viewing apartments today, before we go into all of that we just want to know do you have the units available because we don’t want to waste your time if it’s not immediately available. If so we can give you all the information you need. She refused to communicate with us. She then says, oh I can’t pull it up in the system when you came before. We’re looking at each other in the car like, is she serious! At this point both of us are chiming in because we’re confused at her behavior. So, we’re like we were just giving you some backdrop information on us. But basically, we’re trying to return today or tomorrow if you guys have the unit available to lease. Do you have the units we’re looking for available? She refused to answer us. Kept trying to find us in the system from a past visit. Then said, let me call y’all back. She hung up and to this day never called us back. That was on January 4th. I’m an attorney and my wife is a Federal Officer for the Dept of Homeland security, never any evictions, broken leases or any kind of issues like that for that matter. We’re the kind of folks that you desire in your community, not ones you turn away and never call back. That was very unprofessional and completely out of touch with your customers. Who cares about scripts and protocols on the phone. You have someone saying hey let’s cut the jibber jabber, we’ve seen the property recently, we’re interested do you an available unit to lease to us? If so we would like to schedule an appointment to come in today or tomorrow? We want to move in by the 20th at the latest. She refused to accommodate and refused to set the appointment. Guess we didn’t sound like folks she wanted to lease. I cannot fathom any thing else.

I’ve been staying over here for about 6 months now. It’s a great place to live & worth it! The staff is so amazing from the moment we started the application process they were there every step of the way especially knowing we had to move at the last minute. The maintenance man are so quick & respectful! This is my first time renting & I love it I’ll recommend any one to move here it’s worth it. Thank you all for all you do I’m very grateful I Mean it ️
