Why the most confusing apartment complex in San Marcos would remove their site map from the front entrance is beyond me, but it’s made navigating the complex much harder.

I used to live at the Villas, and I have met Ethel & Steven & the crew and have to say they are amazing people! They try their hardest to help their residents at their earliest convenience when there is a problem. They are super friendly, caring and overall kind to all of the residents (kids included). There have been times where they become super busy, but they always try their hardest to get stuff done. They will and always have gone out of their way to make everyone feel welcome into their office, and make sure that everyone leaves with a smile on their face! I’ve seen lots of things happen since I’ve known the staff, and it takes a lot on them personally to make sure everything is going to be okay in the end. I’m sorry to all of the people who have had bad experiences, but people also have to remember that things take time, and it can’t always be done to your time expectations. They have multiple people living there & no matter how upset or sad, or angry that you are there is no reason to talk about someone’s education or someone disrespectfully because an accident happened. If it was your kids or your friends making the mistake, imagine how you would treat them or if you were in their shoes! Ethel is a very Amazing person, who is always willing to help out anyone, she is kind and caring, and she’s always very welcoming arms to anyone who needs help with anything! They are amazing! And I hope they never forget it! Keep rocking Villas!

Steven and Ethel are super friendly and welcoming staff. The villas was more than just an apartment to me, it was a home. The maintenance staff gets the job done right away and are friendly as well. The apartments are really nice and spacious. A safe area to raise kids.

Recently moved in and so far enjoying calling this place home! Steven was really helpful and the entire move in experience was great! The management here is really nice and I can tell they care about the residents!

I have been in these apartments since 2020. First living with my daughter, then we split up in 2022. But we both still live here. I had no trouble in the past two years. The office staff Ethel and Steve are great. The maintenance crew Matt, Al, and Caleb. They make sure that I'm a happy camper. This bunch makes sure everything is taken care.
I have a great team working and making sure my apartment is up to standards and they move quickly to get things resolved. Thank You Matt, Al, Caleb, Steve and Ethel. You are the best! I love it here.

I put myself on the waItlist and today 23 AUG 22. Steve reaches out to me with an option to get off the wait list.and I'm like REALLY!
I gave his ignorance a lecture via back-&-forth explanatory lecture. Eventhough Villas @ Willow Springs was 1st on my list but if I have to interracially interact with this dude by living there.then I'd be flawed at a person who is not qualified to interract with me. I can't help express my disappointment. Its absurd! BIG BUSINESS RULE. NEVER GIVE A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER THE OPTION TO LEAVE. Via patience they'd usually weed themselves out. Otherwise you'd use your GED brain to weed out the ones that'd never have eviction notice.
This is Mrs. Roland E.you'e lucky that my hubby doesn't know yet.
