VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa, Cypress TX

New member, it seems nice so far. Will update review in a few months. The club seems very clean and also lots of room to roam. I also like the kids club but wish they were open longer on the weekends. Everyone seems nice, can’t wait to do some classes.

Great Gym! Very clean, the pool is huge and hot tub always hot. The locker room is very clean and the food and smoothies are amazing. There is a lot of room and a huge selection of machines. Highly, highly recommended!

Had a great experience at the Cypress VillaSport location and literally signed up for a membership the same day. The offer was so good I could not pass it up. Allisson did such an amazing job showing me the facility and making me comfortable through the process. The facility itself is quite impressive, and overall you receive a great value for the price. Thank you!

I always look forward to visiting and getting a good workout in at VillaSport. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The property is secure and never crowded either. A huge plus in my book.
It's fairly close to my house too! The outdoor pools and hot tubs are probably my favorite thing here!

This place was great when we started, but it has declined seriously since we joined. They are constantly short staffed and childcare has been reduced to almost nothing. We have since canceled our membership since the service has declined to abysmal levels.

I have been coming here since 2017. I love this gym so much. The staff is exceptional and come here nearly everyday.

Love Villa Kids. They have cameras upstairs so you can check on your kiddo while working out. The staff are friendly and I love the amenities. Their group exercise classes are phenomenal as well.

Thanks Villa Sport, the kids had a wonderful time this morning at Breakfast with Santa! Really loving being back in class too. Highly recommend, classes and instructors are great and love our coffee stop after class.

Went to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus with the kids. The kids had a greet time eating breakfast, making crafts, and telling Santa their Christmas lists.

I really enjoy going here with my family. The kids love coming here too and they keep the place very clean.

The price for the amenities is expensive but it meets all the things I need, a good gym, classes, kid/family friendly, and not crowded like the Ymca. To become top notch, I would suggest the following: to work on their cleanliness and up keep of equipment including facilities. The women’s locker room could be swept more and the toiletries filled. They need to put WD-40 on the toilet roll holder or get new ones that does not make noise everytime you turn it. One of the faucets are set to be extra hot while the other one stays cold in the women’s restroom. The family locker room could be cleaned more often and faculty need to have better communication between areas (cafe, office, and cafe outside). All employees should be trained to not say, I do not know but instead say I will find someone who can help or let me get you the manager. Better customer service for the price that you pay for membership.

Terrible experience, over a few months the amenities are hardly ever available, such as the cucumber water, cold towels and standard towels, pools, and steam room which smells terrible and gross. I have picture proof of the time and and dates and shows my experiences are not what I pay the $130 a month for, the machines are always broken, or being used by 10 other people since there is one type of each machine. I’m being over charged, and getting answer has been tough, no one has an answer for anything besides we will talk with someone else. I’m waiting for 1 manager to respond back and help with the financial side of things. I was informed that they are making changes, so we shall see what perspires

I was helped by Matthew Hernandez at the Cypress location and he was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. He answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the facility. The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
