Carrie is amazing, best dental experience ever. I would not recommend going anywhere else!

I just got a bill from this office from 2020 spoke to a Candace who was rude and not helpful. She couldn’t tell me anything about the bill and why they never contacted me and extremely rude. I use to go here a long time ago and was considering coming back but will definitely not recommend. It seems they do not have the customer service they use to have. I work with a lot of people in the area and I have referred many many people. I will definitely not be doing that anymore after my recent experience.

My dad and I have been going to see Dr. Perez and his team for many years. They always take such great care of us. I have very high stress anxiety when it comes to dental appointments. Dr. Perez and his team do a fantastic job helping me to be put at ease. I’m very thankful to the whole staff for always being so kind and caring. If I could give a higher rating I would!

The staff are all outstanding and delightful to interact with, Carrie is my girl! Dr. Perez knows what he’s doing, he has a great personality and is fast and efficient. One of the best dentist offices I’ve ever been to!

I used to have really bad anxiety after some trauma in the past with another dentist. I don't feel that at ALL as a patient of Vineyard dental. They are so kind, patient and thoughtful. My girls have no fear of going to the dentist either! Highly recommend!

I’m not sure where to even begin raving about my first visit to Vineyard Dental. From my first interaction via phone with the person scheduling, to the moment I departed, I was blown away by excellence at every stage of the process (BTW Clinic Ambience = 10+).

Jessica was my hand off person and I could not have asked for a better person to do the initial processes in preparation for Dr. Perez to work his magic. She put me totally at ease as she went about the tasks at hand. Enter Dr. Perez with his fantastic personality and his method of discussing the processes and concerns. Intimidation is definitely not his style. He too put me at such ease—I could have just as easily been sitting at a barbecue rather than sitting in his dental chair. Very professional yet able to keep the air within light.

First visit done; time to be handed off to discuss the costs of getting those teeth back to acceptable. Estimated costs for future work were not too shocking. The person who handed me the bad news on that was nice, as well.

Enough of this already. Bottom Line = Dr. Perez and his staff are too wonderful to be real!

I recently had my cleaning done here and it was the best dentist experience I have ever had. My hygienist was very sweet and took care of all of my needs. She took the time to talk with me and I did not feel rushed. I wish every dentist's office was like this. The whole staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. Everyone here was SO NICE and helpful! I had to get a crown and they made me extremely comfortable and explained the process to me in detail so I was fully aware of what was going on. I will definitely be returning!

Dr. Perez is knowledgeable and always reassuring. I love that place. My family and I have been going to Vineyard Dental for over 23 years. We love it here.
