Nasty employee! They have no empathy. My husband had an emergency and had to use the washroom. They were so rude when we were told they don’t have a washroom and we could walk the one block to Starbucks to use it. I can understand if their restrooms are for employees only but there is something to be said for the lack of human decency. Tesla next door was kind enough to let us use their restroom.

Like other reviewers, I too had negative interactions with the older woman with blonde hair. This was on two separate shopping trips. She has no business working in a customer service role. She does not know how to interact with people. She’s rude and unpleasant. Unfortunately, I think she is the manager.

I have bought my daughter's car seat here and was disappointed when it was used out the box though was new. I was able to get a new one but when I put my curbside order in, they cancelled my order and I had to go inside the store after my meeting to get it.

Rude & over the top - ridiculous really - would shop at another location but just seems like company policy to behave this way to customers.

In a world of a thousand choices, this Vineyard Vines location set themselves apart. I don't think I have had better customer service and left the store feeling that the value I received far exceeded the receipt I had in my hand. In addition, the clothing quality is outstanding, soft, colorful, and well made. My wife looks tremendous in the tops. You walk away from the store wondering why you would want to go elsewhere - and now there are no longer a thousand choices. A high quality product + exceptional service = 5 Stars all the way.

The clothes are just okay and have a hefty price tag — personally, I don't think it's worth it, but to each their own.

The customer service that this location is able to provide exceeds my expectations. I’ve been delighted by the way they’ve offered available items and greeted me so politely. In my experience, I have ordered 2 items online to pick up at this location, unfortunately they only had one of the items available. To repay for this, I was given 25% off my next purchase along with free shipping. I was very satisfied to receive this since my order was not able to be fully fulfilled.

The staff was kind and the young lady at the register went above and beyond to answer questions.

Had to do an exchange for a birthday gift that wasn’t the right size and they did it on the spot and were nice enough to not only look in the back and find the right size but also help me order another shirt online! Friendliest staff around!
