Bridget, was so helpful through my whole leasing process. She was always available when I had question or concerns. I just moved to these apartments they are remodeled and I was so surprised of the outcome I decided to lease a 2bd and so far no complaints. Ask for Bridget if you would like to lease she’s awesome!

My husband Rubén Perez and I are very happy with Miss Aranza, for her attention, this apartment complex is incredible, the tranquility and security it has, and above all the cleanliness.

I have visited many apartment complexes and the first impression is the people who assist you in the offices. In Vineyards, the best service of all, Miss Aranza, very professional, helped me throughout my rental process. It seems that she knows very well if I work. Sweet and kind, I recommend them 100%

My cousin, his wife, and their child were thinking that they would call this place home on September 27,2023. Last week, they met with the property manager, who informed them that they needed to pay a $300 deposit immediately and $500, upon their move in date, Sept. 27th. She also mentioned that they would get one of the partially renovated apartments for 1,198 and they would not pay rent, until November, 2023. Today, when they went to move in, they were in for a rude awakening. The property manager no longer worked there, so the property would not honor the previous agreement. To top it up off, I paid their deposit and I was told by someone name Maria, who works at the property that if I get my money back, it would go on their credit report. That sounds like a threat and a scam. I am sure there are rules in place to prevent properties from taking advantage of tenants and I plan to look into them. I plan to file a complaint because this business doesn’t honor agreements and this is bad business. The property should have reached out to the former property manager to find out what the agreement was. They should not be allowed to change the terms and keep a deposit that they are not entitled to. This is an act of fraud or negligence on their part. For anyone attempting to rent an apartment here, get everything in writing because these people lack integrity. I do not have any money to give to them. Me paying the $300 Deposit was an act of kindness to my family members. I wasn’t thinking that they would be ripped off. We acted in good faith.

If you are looking for a safe place to live and park for your vehicles this is not it. I understand apartments are not held responsible for damage/theft done to vehicles. They do have a responsibility, due diligence, civil obligation to make sure they have measures in place to deter these criminals. This place has quite the opposite view. For starters the front gate camera does not work, front and back gate constantly left open from being broke, tailgating, no camera on the back gate. If you do decide to live in these “luxury” apartments and pay 25$ for a electronics fee, expect to buy a camera for your balcony. Pray you’re not the next victim.

It is a quiet and cozy place, with a recreation area with a swimming pool, tennis court, gym, green areas and well-attended parking lots, excellent views and atmosphere.

I had visited these beautiful apartments Janet has been with me every step of the way the staff is so friendly I cant wait to make vineyard my new home

They assisted me and guided me at all times, it was pleasant and fast, Aranza assisted me, he is excellent at his job.

I have to the say the management team is phenomenal starting with Maria and Janet who accessible and are extremely courteous with any problem I bring to them. They are the main reason I would never move to another apt complex they are a amazing team and make you feel heard and important and explain things very well their communication is bar none
