2Please steer clear. She makes so many clerical errors. We used her 5 years ago and thought we would give her another shot. Should have not! We were penalized because of her errors. She responded at first, until she knew we had to pay hefty fines, never apologized for her errors.and there were many.
Customer service is top notch. However, her clerical errors are many. Including typos in SS#'s and income. She takes no accountability for her errors. I texted her at first because IRS didn't receive our return, she stated it wasn't on the rejected list, then I called her about 1 week later, then she said, let me submit again. " On our copy of our returns we owed one amount, the IRS gave another amt. We don't even have a copy of the return she submitted. Please, please, don't use her!
