This was my first and last time here. I went to get dip removed from my real nail, I specifically said I don’t want tips added to my nail and she said ok. She then began to pop my dip off instead of soaking it off and it completely peeled my nail off and broke multiple nails. She then said I need tips on and at that point I was so upset. She charged me for my tips as well after I told her that’s not what I wanted. When I got home I realized how uneven they are as well as not matching in length…. I am very upset and this was a waste of money.

Great place to get my nails done. Everyone is so friendly and clean. Definitely a repeat customer

I went in last minute hoping to get a full set. Bill asked what I wanted and I said I wasn’t sure. I wanted a matte black with some gold, maybe… He just said okay and I let him take over on design. I could not be happier! One of a kind, freehanded just for me! Not only that, but pricing was great and the customer service I received was perfect. Thanks, Bill!

The place is dirty, and they treat you worse. Everyone has a terrible attitude! They left my shellac extremely bumpy and full of bubbles, they left nail polish on my fingers like 5 year old did it. Honestly worst service I’ve ever received. Please save your money, don’t ever come here. Zero stars DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I want to start by saying I was skeptical about this place. Sometimes reading peoples reviews you second guess your choice of going to a place but I have it a try, and im not disappointed at all. This place is really clean and the staff is so friendly and attentive. The work they do is good. Im a Jersey girl and out in Jersey there’s amazing nail salons and since moving Texas 2 years ago, I haven’t going a good mail spot. This place had me sold with their friendliness, cleanliness.

I have only two complaints about it: please read the following carefully.
I was just there. Went for a pedicure and acrylic set. The person who did my pedicure; she was so sweet and took her time (I don’t know her name, I’m sorry) she did her thing. She even gave me a pinky toenail (which most places have a difficult time with painting and filing) but she found a toenail there lol the only thing I have a complaint about is the cuticles. I have a lot of cuticle and when I go long periods of time without a pedicure, it gets very thick and I develops ingrown toe nails. I feel she didn’t go in deep enough on the sides of my big toes. I still feel like there’s skin and nail there bothering me. If she would of gone a little deeper and taken that out, I’d give it 10/10 but just because of that I’m giving her a 8/10. She painted my toenails great, cleaned the edges, she made sure she left my feet clean.

Now my nails, I got short cute acrylic nails with white polish. The man that did my nails (again, I’m sorry, I didn’t catch his name) also very friendly and he did a good job. The length, the thickness. I knew from the moment he placed the acrylic on the first nail it was going to be a good set, BUT the polish part, it’s messy and my nails weren’t polished correctly or better yet, evenly. I wish he’d paid more attention when polishing the nails.

These buts I’ve said are the reason I’m only giving them a 4 star rating. I’m planning on going again, because honestly I loved the service, loved the way they take their time with pedicures and loveeee the way they work with acrylics. Hopefully next time I go these two complaints of mine will be fixed.

I’d recommend this place to my friends once I see they’ve fixed these issues. To some it may small but to me, they are a deal breaker. I’m going to give them another chance in a few weeks

But, wow was this a disappointment
I wanted someone that new about ingrown toenails.
Let me tell you this place is terrible at that. The lady injured my toe. Instead of helping with the problem. I asked so many of the lady’s There if she knew what she was doing they claim she did. I asked for a French tip. And she did do anything I asked. She acted like she didn’t understand. Even after I asked 2 other people to explain to her what I wanted. If you want a spa like experience this is not the place. Very pushy to get you about the chair. I paid for the $30 dollar service very dabbed some Lotion on my feet and slapped them.
And rushed me out the door.
If the owner has a little bit of consideration she will reply to my comment. But, by the looks of the comments she only reply’s to good reviews.

Visited shop while in Houston on Sunday. No crowd or wait! Unfortunately, the next day my gel polish started cracking on a few fingers. I have to now visit another shop to fix as I have returned home.

My 1st time here! I did mani & pedi I choose the color and the service I wanted. My mani ended up being different color. I was ok with it but when it comes to my pedi they lady was new, she did another service then the one I chose! Totally different color too! Never recommend this place

Cindy did an amazing job on my eyebrows and nails. I came in for a refill and she inspired me to get a designed. I love the design she chose, it’s sooooo pretty!? & the shape is perfectttttttt

2wks later and as usual. Cindy took amazing care of me

I am IN LOVE with my nails! Lynn was the one who did my nails and she did EXCELLENT! I will DEFINITELY be coming back soon! Amazing customer service and very calming and clean. Lovely
