Manicurist not experienced. Ground my nails down too thin. It was hurting. Manicure doesn't last. Not going back

I love this place, but it is hit or miss. I always make an appointment before I go. Sometimes they get me right in, other times I literally wait an hr plus because of walk-ins.

Not gonna lie, wanted to give them a chance and sorry that I did.

One of the worst pedicure experiences ever. Arrived at 1pm for two pedicures - my friends was started immediately- while I sat and waited in cold water for 45 min for another employee to show up and do mine (even though they knew hours in advance that we were coming).

We left more than disappointed, for whatever reason they dremmeled my friends natural toenails and my own nails were poorly done as well (clipped crooked and wayyy too short that it’s painful). Both of our techs YANKED the dead skin away with dull cuticle cutters and were overall just very aggressive while cleaning our feet up.

There really was no massage (even though we asked for one of the more expensive pedicures), and they burned my friend with a hot towel. The quick massage with the hot stones was nice, but again very quick.

We won’t be returning.

I always go to VIP 2, they are the only ones I trust to do mine, or my girls nails or feet. I highly recommend them!

Me and a friend of mine went in to get our nails done. They didn’t do my friends nails because they put other people in front of her. My nails are to long and some don’t fit on my finger nail. They are unfriendly and rude.

My nails looked great and was not rushed at all. Safety procedures were in place
. I will be going back.

Was there for over 3 hours for a full set and a pedicure and I had an appointment! Had cuts on my fingers that hurt for three days after my visit! In the end my toe color didn't even match my fingernails! VERY UNSANITARY, very rude and SERIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Spent $97 including tips, that I should not have left! Highly recommend you go somewhere else! Anywhere else!

Staff is friendly and courteous. Makes you feel welcome. Nails were done quickly and looked very nice. Downside had to wait a little while and had an appointment. Other than that five stars.

The nail tech didn't know what she was talking about and she cut and burned me while doing my nails. My nails do not look good at all. They are not shiny and the are lumpy. Plus they do not fully cover my nails. I don't think I will be going back here.

My very FIRST pedi I picked a higher priced treatment. But was exceedingly DISAPPOINTED. The guy did NOT even trim my nails or remove the little lint deposits clearly visible under the edge of my nail.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.
It SEEMS those things SHOULD BE part of the pedi - AUTOMATICALLY.
It being my FIRST - MAYBE I was supposed to ASK for those things.
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING for my first pedi. ESPECIALLY AT THAT PRICE!

First time here and I will never go back.my toes were done in a rush and they bled.horrible experience. I will not go back.
