VIP Nails Spa, Bay City TX

I was very displeased I went with my daughter to get our nails done she just had her toes and nails painted, I had a pedicure and the guy that did it was so ruff with the filing that he made 2 of my toes bleed and the rest are sore because he filed down to close to the skin it’s so painful to put my shoes on now since it’s sore. I went to pay and told the lady at the front about it and she just seemed shocked that I asked to get a discount well she went to speak to the guy and came back and only took $5 off I paid over 100 for my daughter and I. I had a pedicure and all they did to her was paint her nails and toes since she is 2.

I went to VIP this morning for a full set w/design, I was very pleased with the service. They are very professional and have a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely return again.

Asked to do a simple white and pink ombré. Was told it was doable. Left is what I wanted and the right is what I got. They are very thick and bulky. Looks like bubblegum on my fingers. I asked her to fix them and told them they were too thick multiple times. But she kept telling me it was fine and that’s how it was supposed to be. Finally just paid and left.

Very unhappy with the manicure lady did bad job.but the Pedi was awesome best ever have the lady 30tip it was so awesome. 145 bucks not including the tip.

Houston did a great job on my nails. Did the right length and shape that I asked for. Will definitely go back.

This was my first time to the salon. Houston was my nail tech. He was very friendly and spoke to me. The environment was very pleasant and relaxing. I had not been to a nail salon that had a bar/bartender in it before. They offer a variety of services. The man at the front desk was super friendly as well. I will definitely be going back

Jojo did an amazing job on my nails and making me feel welcomed. The atmosphere was very welcoming and they take care of you while you are waiting or being pampered.

I want to say this place is AMAZING! Not only for the work they do but for their kindness they helped me with today! They so didn't have to do it but they did no questions asked. I had a medical emergency there and they took care of me like I was their own child, they truly are amazing people and I appreciate everything they did to take care of me until my family was able to come get me, so thank yall truly from the bottom of my heart for doing that! Everyone go out support their business for sure, you will not be disappointed!

Some of the worst service I’ve ever had, I asked the owner to do my lashes and he said NO and his him and his staffed disgracefully disrespected me with humiliation and I will never forget my experience. Will never recommend ever!

I travel all over, and this place by far is the best in all surrounding states. I wish we had one back home in Sulphur Louisiana. Their prices are reasonable and you can have a mimosa while u relax and there is never a wait time.

Excellent customer service and fantastic service! I went with my sister for pedicures. Tina did a great job on my pedicure. I loved how we weren't rushed out right after our pedicures. It was a relaxing environment. Perfect way to relax! The bartender was attentive. Jimmy checked on us to ensure we didn't need anything. We will be back!

I’ve gone to this place three times now and both the last two times have been horrible. I had one nail tech proceed to rip off the acrylic off my nails instead of soaking them in acetone. The level of pain I went through couldn’t be drowned out by the free mimosas. And another time I had a nail tech just completely rush through the process and gave me a messy set of nails. They also didn’t even start on my nails until a whole thirty five minutes later. They prioritized certain customers over others which I found completely inappropriate. It’s safe to say I’ll never come here again.

My favorite nails salon place in bay city. They give you free drinks as compliments. Really recommend. They all nice people.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Staff is super friendly and very talented at their art. The iced coffee they serve is amazing. I have been to a couple other nail salons in town, but nothing compares to this place. I will definitely continue returning here. <3

We came to this salon during our evacuations from hurricanes Laura and Delta and each time we come to the area we will continue to come here. Everyone is awesome and friendly. The owner remembered where we even sat last time. Cold coffee was best I have had in a while. We love this salon!

Yesterday I received a $85 pedicure and left disappointed. The atmosphere was nice and the iced coffee was good but I didn't receive the callus treatment that was advertised and she barely touched my feet with the pumice bar and hot rocks. The pedicure was very basic and overpriced.

Houston did my nails and I love them! We moved to Beaumont and can not find a salon yet to satisfy me like VIP did. Thank you Houston.
