Good work but worse customer service ever at a nail shop. They forget im the customer I have the choice of what nail tech I want to spend my money on! They lie they try to fool me. I been here 4 times 3 I called to get the same nail tech I had before. Upon arrival that person wasn't there or they try to get me someone else and treated me so ugly n disrespectful. Mind u, I don't mind waiting an hour for who I want I also don't mind paying more for who I chose to do my nails! I'm used to going to high end shops where service is VIP I'm the customer, it's relaxing and stress free but this place isn't stress free. It's ugly. Customer service is not there. They pick who u spend money on NOT you

My fave nail divas are Daisy for nails and wax! She rocks all designs! Helen is bomb especially with younger girls and short nails really good designs and work! Jackie is my fave for pedicure!

I use to come here with my fiancé all the time. Today I returned with my mom for a girls spa day. I will say this, their attitude from when they first started has gone from, let’s make sure we take good care of our client, to, let’s hurry this up to get the next one in. Their service and cleanliness has gone down drastically and they are rude when you ask them to change out the cleaning items when they’re going from a pedicure to a manicure. Not sanitary at all.
Unfortunately, my family and I will definitely not be returning.

Since when does a pedicure & a simple short solid color full set coke out to $117? !? Sucks because I liked the service but WHAT A RIP OFF! My nails are see through as well, unfortunately won’t be returning

I went in this past Friday. They were super busy. I got a pedicure and wanted a full nail set. Pedicure was perfect however, my nails not so much! I love the color but the lady that did them was in such a hurry to finish. They look ok. But I am not happy with how they turned out.

HORRIBLE my manicure was rushed and it ended up looking horrible i thought it was gonna be a good place because of the reviews but no nail art is disgusting, uneven and messy staff is ok i asked for more color and without hesitation they added more but it still looked horrible after stepping in light it looked worse there’s acrylic on my actual skin and the nails are completely uneven HORRIBLE JOB picture used is second day after getting them done

I got my toes done yesterday and they're BURNING today. I had to keep telling the lady that she was hurting me and I didn't feel pampered at all. Looking back on it I should've just got up from the seat. I put alcohol as soon as I got home but I'm scared that it's infected.yall be careful going here.

A lot of the people that work here are very rude and have an attitude when choosing colors. Everyone is on go. Sometimes they do good but lately the SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY POOR.

It's addictive. They do so much to cater to your needs. You never notice the time. Pedicures are the best. I love how they can copy any design and somehow make it your own. Great service

Came in and asked for a pedi and meni and went to the chair 14. I’m waiting for someone to start and no one comes. 5 minutes past and nothing. 10 minutes past and I walked out. It wasn’t even full so I don’t understand why I waited 10 mins. Then 2 girls came in and asked for pedis also and they were assisted right away lol they were white and I’m Hispanic so it explains a lot. Long story short, went to amc nails and they were much nicer.

I've gone here for a long time and have had great experiences in the past. That was until yesterday. I went in for a basic refill and showed the tech a simple design picture I wanted. She said no she couldn't do it. She started to take off the nail I broke and was being very rough. She then ended up going through my nail and making me bleed. After letting her know she had hurt me (she never apologized just stared at me) I let her try again and she hurt me again, where then I let her know I was done with the service and offered to pay for the work she had done. She told me I could leave.
I went to another nail salon up the road who did everything I asked for and thankfully fixed the damage she did to my other nail. I wont be spending my money here again. I recommend you don't either.

Not bad service but they only accept cash. I don't carry much cash in my pocket and the service was for 2 people so we had to use an ATM at the location that charges.

Rushed through doing my nails despite calling ahead and setting up an appointment. I ended up with cuts on my cuticles, and no design despite asking for one. Never coming here again.

It was my first time coming to this nail salon. I had never asked for drawings on my nails but seeing the good reviews it had in here, I decided to try it. I asked and showed them a picture to see if they could draw the bunny (Bad Bunny logo) and they said yes. The lady was shaking the whole time and she had to take it off more than twice because she kept messing it up. When she finally finished she drew them different size I could notice one of them was chubbier and the other one was slanted to the side. I also got a pedicure and they didn’t fix my nails from the sides. The place is really nice but that’s the only good thing because for the prize I paid, it’s not worth coming back.

Not only was this lady rough on my toe nails, she cut me a few times and I got nail infection from this place. Sanitation should be a must! I don’t recommend this place.

VIP Nails did an excellent job. They pay attention to detail and know their customers. They remembered me even though it has been at least six months since I first gave them a try!

I will definitely be back soon!

Love my nails. Would have given 5 starts but I asked for square round nails and they chose to do square because.well I guess they felt that was best for me.even though I requested twice for square round.

I'm a little disappointed. I spend a lot of money here. I came here to ask them to fix my toe because they rushed it. They almost fix it but I felt they didn't care enough to do it right. They rushed. I'm finding a new place. Every time I come here I spend ALOT N I have high expectations. This time. It's the last I wi I Come here. They were supposed to smooth my toe and they didn't do it 100%

Very rude and horrible service. They’re either out of all the display colors or they come out completely different. You will waste your money and leave unhappy and they do not care whatsoever. I cannot stress how rude the staff is. I was rushed immediately after walking in and not allowed 2 minutes to choose a color.
