Virtuous Hair Salon, Pearland TX

I did not like the customer service I received from the stylist Farrah. She refused to answer my calls or return my calls about a issue I had with my hair. I was also uncomfortable about her giving me unsolicited advice about issues other than my hair. If I didn't share her beliefs she would not speak to me as I was getting service. I haven't been to this shop in years but I got a text about scheduling appointment so that is why I decided to leave a review so late. I do not want any contact from this shop. The woman who shampooed my hair was very friendly amd professional. I enjoy my current stylist and wish this shop well.
I put honest reviews based on my experience. A virtuous woman should be able to accept constructive criticism and understand she's not perfect. Every review that is not to her satisfaction she accuses the reviewer as being fake or that the bad experience didn't happen. I hope this person will become mature enough to listen to others opinions and stop believing they're always right. I do not want any contact from this business. I wrote review so others can know what I went through. I was given a attitude when I was a paying customer and now it's a attitude when I choose to not associate with this business.

I'm alway a little hesitant when going into a salon for the first time. I'm so glad I went my hair was absolutely flawless!

I strongly don’t recommend this salon for people with type 4 curly hair. While washing and blow drying my hair for a silk press I could feel my hair ripping from my scalp and I was in so much pain. After the blow dry I couldn’t stay in the salon any longer so, I asked for a SMALL trim. The woman doing my hair cut close to half of my hair off that day. I was on on the verge of tears when I left this salon.

Staff members are very professional and have excellent customer service. I had a great experience along with a great environment to relax and feel pampered. Definitely the spot to be for a self care day

I love this salon! I’m a client as well as my 2 girls. We are NEVER disappointed with the service. My favorite is the shampoo and steam treatment! Never have I ever been to a salon where the stylist takes such great pride in shampooing hair. I’m so relaxed after my shampoo that I usually fall asleep at the dryer. The styling is excellent! My girls really enjoy coming to the salon to get their hair done. This place is amazing and I would highly recommend!

I tried to use this salon but the lack of service resulted in me walking out. I made a 1pm appointment for color. Since it was my first time there, I arrived a little early. The young lady at the front desk was lovely. She checked me in and was very polite and professional. At 1 pm she sat me at the wash bowl, I sat there for a few minutes. She then came back and moved me to a chair. She said the stylist Felicia would be right there. I waited and waited and waited. Neither Felicia or anyone else come to start my color. After sitting there for 35 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, I took off the cape, walked to the front desk and advised the young lady at the front desk that I was cancelling my appoint because of such poor service. I totally understand that they are busy and their time is valuable, but so is my time. When I booked my appointment I was charged $17 that would be applied towards my service. I hope they don't have the audacity to keep my money. I'm not here to say the work they do is bad. I am here to say I didn't get the chance to find out because of the poor service I received.

Soon as I walked in got weird looks from both employees at the front desk. The older looking women especially was giving a scowl as if I didn't belong. Says walk in on the sign. Oh wells.
