Purchased an item from them and they canceled my order saying the item was damaged. They have the same item for sale but will not honor the original price. I asked them about it and all they said was you can order it if you want but not at the initial price. Terrible service do not use them.

Received my couch with no legs and haven't been able to reach anyone at the company its been almost a month. Don't order anything from them. This is bad customer service and so unprofessional. I will spend my money somewhere else from now on. This is no way to keep your customers coming back.

Bought a 3500 dollar sofa through Amazon that arrived 2 weeks late with a hole in it. Took weeks of arguing for them to schedule a pickup. It’s now been another 2 weeks since the couch has been returned and I have a receipt with tracking, company still has not issued my refund. Also the owner of the company called me on my phone and yelled at me for filing a dispute with Amazon. Basically told me to retract the dispute or else! Terrible experience please do not buy anything from this company they are absolute thief’s!

Fraudulent company. Dropships and tells you to file a police complaint for a lost shipment.

Vey dishonest company I purchased a wheel chair though Amazon for my dog, and it was defected I contacted the seller to return the item and just to find out I had to pay for the return. After It was sent they kept saying that they could not issue the refund until I provide the tracking number, because their warehouse was to big. On the amazon portal it says free returns. Please be aware when buying from this seller.

My mop arrived with no handle and now they have 'escalated' my issue and expect me to be patient. Yeah patient with no handle for my mop? L. O. L. NO.

Horrible experience.

Ordered 5 watches for Groomsmen gifts. The order was delivered 19 days past the expected delivery date and only 1 watch was sent.

Watching the tracking of the shipment shows it arrived in my city and then was shipped to another city before being shipped back to my city.

Customer service has been NIL. Only response I have received thus far is saying that the order was delivered when it had not.

Sp 2 days before my wedding I have no gifts for my Groomsmen.

Might update review if response and rectification is taken.

Horrible company! Stay away from them! Didn't shipped the item and refusing to return my money!

I ordered my item through Amazon from this company I ordered my items July 12,2023 I didn't receive my items until August 8,2023 the box was not intact and when I tried to cancel the order it wouldn't allow Amazon to cancel from this company. I will not be ordering from this company again very disappointed.

I also had a negative experience with this company. Item was delivered with the container of scent not full. Seller offered 15% refund and advised me to process the refund via amazon's return page. He/they failed to provide me with precise instructions to do so, which resulted in me having to waste far too much time and effort chatting with 2 amazon customer service people. Escalated chat and amazon credited my account with the amount promised by the seller. Buyer Beware!

Seller took $1,100 for counter stools. Never shipped the item. Won’t respond to emails and has never answered their phone. Had to dispute with my bank. Still waiting.

Horrible company. Very dishonest. No integrity. I purchased a pair of shoes from them on Amazon that stated free shipping and free returns. The shoes run small so they don’t fit. The company left a voicemail saying not to use the return label provided by Amazon as the address on the label is wrong. They gave me two options for my return. They’ll give me $8.00 for $86.00 shoes and I can keep them or they will provide a “discounted” shipping label for $35 - $40 and it will be deducted from my return amount. Clearly, they are intellectually challenged on what “free return” actually means. Still going back and forth with them. Don’t waste your time with this company they’re horrible.

I am never one to write a bad review but this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! Please be ware that you probably won’t get your order in time & customer service is very hard to understand & will not listen! Letting you know they will help you get your order but they do NOT! They guarantee a date but then you get an email telling unforeseen circumstances have delayed your delivery every time it’s time for delivery. Will never deal with this company again!

This company is such a scam. I wish I had read these reviews. I ordered a cabinet that was supposed to be made of wood and I paid extra for that. It was NOT wood and now they are telling me I have to pay to ship it back. The cost of shipping is more than the item! Do not buy anything from them!

Update: After posting this review and attempting contact thru Walmart again (instead of directly), I was issued a full refund. Updating from 1 to 3 stars bc someone made it right in the end…. Still a hassle though!

This company is a scam. Received a damaged side table and had to call 3 times before being told that I’d “receive a refund. ” I received an email confirming only a partial refund, which was not explained over the phone. It has now been 2 weeks and the partial refund was never issued. I’ve now called two more times and just get repeating hold music. No one will answer.
