Myrna has been doing my hair for a few years now, she is AMAZING! I have long curly hair and it is very difficult for me to find someone I can trust. Ever since I found Myrna, she's my go to girl. My color always looks rich and vibrant. Highlights are always on point. The best part is my curls are still intact. For all those with textured hair, you know how important this is. I like my colorist Allie. Just wished I was asked if I was okay with my stylist being a trainee. I was there 5 hours and ended with an experienced stylist.

I went to Myrna for low-lights and she knocked it out of the park. I had high expectations and she definitely exceeded them. I went from solid grey to a natural salt & pepper- took me back 5 years, at least.

If you’re looking to get the haircut of your dreams, Becky Zamora is the go-to gal. I’ve been to just about every high end premier salon and NOTHING has been even remotely close to her skill level. She’s always exceeded my expectations, which says a lot because they are sky high. I walked in with a rough idea and a couple of pictures of what I was looking for. A few suggestions and a lot of snips later, I walked out with the most gorgeous cut. She’s professional, thorough, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable about products, procedures, and over all hair care. I highly urge y’all to book with her!

Got a haircut & style with Merly a few weeks ago; I'm like with the haircut and she was nice but I feel like hidden fees were slid in. I was told the price over the phone before coming in and was upcharged $20 without my knowledge — despite never being informed of the added fees. (I later clarified with the girl at the payment area and she reduced the upcharge to $10.)

I had a very bad experience with Rene Campos. Out of all the times I have came here honestly I can say it was horrible. She did not give me the color I needed. She held no conversation with me. I have been a loyal client and I just could not believe how this could be. I have helped many clients and each client I have help I have went the extra mile for. I want to thank Tatiana for comforting me as I cried because that’s how sad the service was. The manager David still wanted to charge me a full price and he did not even go the extra mile for me as much as money I have spent with them. Honetly I will never recommend Rene Campos she did not even care how the service felt. She left me under the dryer and did not even check up on me. Then she put me to wash my hair and did not even say “Tatiana“ will wash my hair I felt she treated her own co worker like a slave. I felt she was so rude to Tatiana. I hope Tatiana gets a huge raise for caring about my needs. I would never come back because the manager David did not even help but Because Tatiana“ help me I’ll have her wash my hair any day. Ty Tatiana for actually caring and not just taking my money like the manager David and Also Rene Campos.

I had my first hair cut at Visible changes today.it was the best hair experience I’ve ever had. I had the worlds best stylist named Karina, I’m 100% going back and requesting her again

Extremely rude front staff. The front staff who spoke to me was apparently a senior stylist. I would not come to this location again.

I had my first appointment today with Karina and she’s amazing! She did a perfect job straightening my hair, which isn’t easy because I have long, curly, thick hair. I highly recommend her! She’s super sweet too:)

Terrible customer service, Called 3 different times to try and schedule an appointment. They do not know how to schedule over the phone.

Karina is a wonderful stylist and so fun to talk to while she’s working. I love my hair cut, and have already told my mom to go visit her for her next hair cut too.

I have major trust issues with letting people touch my hair because I have had some BAD hair cuts in the past. The person who cut my hair almost exclusively since I graduated college in 2009 moved away, and I’ve gone two years without a hair cut because I couldn’t bring myself to find someone new. I was running errands and randomly decided to see if I could get a walk-in appointment here since I have several friends who use this salon, and it must’ve been fate. I was entrusted to Karina, and I’m so happy that she was my stylist. I’m not adventurous with my hair by any means, but I’m fully willing to trust Karina’s judgement on what will look good for my face and hair type. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new stylist.

I've been getting my haircut here for years. My stylist always works with me to give me the look I want that works best for my hair type. The products she recommends are pricey but totally worth it!

I went to Johnatan for color and Karina for blow dry/styling. I had an amazing experience, they were both extremely professional and knowledgeable and I couldn’t be more happy with the final product! I recommend them both highly.

I'll get right to the point: Marcus is absolutely incredible!

I have very fine and currently very thin hair (suffered a lot of hair loss as a result of some medical issues over the last few years). Finally started getting some regrowth and decided to get the ratty ends cut off so I could stop hiding behind clip in extensions and buns. I was extremely nervous about finding the perfect person who understood how to work with hair as pathetically thin and fine as mine. As my fellow fine haired women know - the wrong cut can leave you looking like a permanent drowned rat. I called Visible Changes and asked for some recommendations and multiple people brought up Marcus' name. I made the appointment and I am SO glad I did. I can honestly say that he exceeded all of my expectations. Marcus knew exactly how to cut fine hair to make it pretty, give it shape, and I wasn't stuck with just another blunt, boring cut that weighed everything down. He took extra precautions to protect against heat styling, without me having to ask, because he understood that my hair was more fragile. He walked me through every step he was taking, ensuring I understood exactly how to recreate the style myself at home. I walked out of there with hair that looked fuller, bouncier, and shinier. If you're looking for a new stylist - do not hesitate to book with Marcus. If he can make my hair look amazing, I can only imagine the magic he creates on normal heads of hair.

With a new baby and working crazy hours I haven’t had time to cut my hair. I happened to get off early and the Galleria VC couldn’t see me. I’ve been trying to get in for few months and got tired of waiting. I decided to call the Memorial City location and so glad I did. The staff from the time I walked in till I left were amazing.

I was VERY nervous about getting my hair cut by someone new. I had seen my other stylist for almost 8 years. I have very curly hair and have had bad cuts in the past because of it.

Maggie was super sweet and even though I was a last minute squeeze in she made me feel welcome and didn’t rush me. I love my hair so much more now!
