26My whole family goes to Simon Fairchild and we recommend him to everyone! Simon always makes sure that we leave Visible Changes with a smile. The whole staff is excellent. I have never had anyone be rude or not courteous and helpful. Even on the phone when making appointments. We have been going to Visible Changes at Baybrook mall for years and have had many very good hairdressers serve us there. Simon is the best!

Love this visible changes but especially Simon! He always does an amazing job and is super sweet! I will not trust anyone else with my hair! I really recommend this location and Simon!
Do not use Lydia or Sky, wasted 3 hours and her hair looked no different than when she walked in, $125 down the drain, and they stole her sweater from the coat rack too!
Absolutely love getting my hair done by Simon! He is always so friendly, engaging & funny. I go in looking like a hot mess & come out looking like a million bucks! He is really good at what he does & I would highly recommend him!
Every time I go in there for Maria to color my hair, I walk out of there & pleased & I don't ever just let anyone cut my hair except Tonya, she knows how to cut my hair exactly how I want it! Thanks guys
