The people in the front are very rude and make me second guess going back. Four stars because of the hairstylists. Zero for the rude people in the front.

Annissa has been my hairstylist for years. She’s always on-time, suggests what cut and/or style works for my face shape and hair texture. She also suggests the best products I should buy to keep my hair healthy.

Veronica is a great colorist who I have enjoyed doing my color for years too. She always does an awesome job with my color and highlights.

I have gotten many compliments from ladies regarding my color, cut, and how healthy my hair looks because of the care both these ladies give me and my hair.

Went in to have my roots colored. Left with color all around my cheek area. I went in about 5 o’clock but I expected better customer service. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend this place. I even had to request for her to blow dry my hair so she should have noticed the color around my cheek area. Very disappointed.

My Color Specialist & Daisy my hairstylist were very, very nice. Styled my hair just like I like it! Salon is not to big but good size. Very nice stylist.

Great place! Evelyn was absolutely awesome! Clean, friendly environment. Prices vary depending on what you want. Their website is very informative.

I had a full highlight and color here a few months ago. I loved it. I went back today to get a touch up on my roots. The girl that did my hair a few months ago was no longer there. I ended up getting a different girl. I am very disappointed with it! My hair looks nothing like before. The highlights are all different colors of orange and yellow. I pull my hair back and I have stripes that look like a tiger. I am so upset. I paid $246.00 for a touch up. No blow dry, no style afterwards. I left with wet hair and dark brown hair dye all over my face, neck, and ears.

Coming here is always a great experience, each visit I am treated with great customer service. I dyed my hair for the first time with Rori, she was very sweet and explained exactly what would be done and even how to care for my hair afterwords. She will always take her time and make sure you are 100% satisfied and feel confident before leaving the salon, I have been her client for the past two years and every time she knocks it out of the park! Bree cuts my hair and always leaves it in a very manageable hair style for my super thick, wavy hair and she never cuts off more than what is damaged (unless she is asked). Thank you to both ladies for always being patient with me and leaving my hair looking amazing!

I went in to get my hair colored a few months ago and specifically requested Rori to do my hair because I have seen and heard so many great things about her from friends. I went in unsure of what I wanted but I sure did leave with confidence! Rori was very professional the entire time, she explained the whole process to me which made me feel very comfortable. She was very interactive and made me feel important during my stay — excellent customer service. And my hair. AMAZING. I will definitely be coming back in the future because of her and I appreciate the professionalism and kindness displayed at this establishment. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! Thank you Rori!

I always get my hair done here. I get my color done by Rori and the cut and style by Bree. I love them they’re so kind and make me feel so comfortable.they are super patient with my lion mane and I always leave happy

Melissa has been highlighting my hair for over 15 years, I wouldn't have stayed with her if she weren't the best. Maria cuts my hair and it's fabulous. They're both super talented and are friendly and funny.

I showed a picture to the stylist and she said she could do it. My haircut does not look anything like the picture and it's bad! I paid $70 and went home and cried. My friends don't say anything about it and that's when you know it's bad.

Very poor service went to get my hair looked at because it was messed up the first time. Then came back a second time and got a lady who was very rude from the minute she saw me. Her attitude was very poor. The manager then came over and she still remained to be rude. I ended up leaving the second time due to their poor attitude. Would never go here again. Save your self the time and money don’t bother

Elana is incredible. She does a beautiful job every single time, and she takes pride in making her clients look their best. The level of service at this salon, in general, is awesome.

I got an appointment with Tabitha after getting a bad haircut honoring that she would be able to fix it. She explained things in detail to me and asked me how much I would be willing to lose in length since I told her my husband loves long hair. After she was done with my haircut I looked in the mirror and she had done outstanding! I look forward to making another appointment with her in the future she is the best! I highly recommend her to anyone.

I went in with mixed feelings and super stressed because I just had a bad cut yesterday however Tabitha made me feel relaxed bc she knows what she is doing. I don’t normally leave reviews but she deserves one. She did an amazing job with my CURLY HAIR! Thanks again Tabitha! I have found my San Antonio stylist!

Desiree is an awesome color so I'm very happy with the Highlight she gave me. Stephanie cut my hair with layers did a beautiful job. I couldn't have asked for more.

Really like the set up! It was an easy process to get my hair colored, treated and cut! The people are really nice and although expensive the quality that is done makes it worth it! I've had some really bad haircuts and dye jobs over the years, but this one was one of the best!

Had my highlights done w Christine on friday and I am not sure what I paid for. She did a horrible job. Look at the photos. I also had my hair cut with Marisa and she left the top layer of split ends. Horrible, horrible. Don’t waste your money or time.
