Visible Changes (inside Willowbrook Mall), Houston TX

Okay so it has been a little over a week and I really am not at all happy with the color service that I got at all. I walked in asking for 1 thing had a picture for reference and got the total opposite. I now have spent a few hundred dollars trying to correct what she did to my hair.

This branch of visible changes was very very accommodating. Being a hijabi, I needed a private booth to get my hair shaved that was falling due to chemotherapy. They arranged just that for me, and styled my wig for free. Very thoughtful and considerate service. 5 stars!

Geno is the guy to go to. I go religiously every month and Geno cuts my long bob to perfection each time. He is sweet, personable and understanding towards your hair needs. Highly recommend, especially if you r considering going short. Tell him Valerie recommended?

Ryan was amazing.he did an awesome job cutting and blow drying me hair.highly recommend his service. Also Geno cut my daughters hair and he was also amazing.

Yen the little hen ; does my color. She is awesome and been doing my hair for almost a year. Just popped in she made me look fabulous in time for new year.she serve me with a big dynamite smile ️

Yen does the best highlights ever. She’s been doing my color and highlights for over 5 years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.

Rubi was my daughters life saver when another salon over processed her hair. All of her beatifil hair started falling out days before prom. Rubi was so kind and sweet. She was encouraging and empowering. She gave her the most amazing pixie cut and we just love her!
Miriam’s and Oralia are the last ladies to cut and color my hair and they did a great job, sweet sweet girls

Today was the first time I had an appointment with Yen at Visible Changes in the Willowbrook Mall. Yen was absolutely amazing! What a fireball! Her work was fast and accurate. Her personality is a lot like mine. We are full of passion and we hit it off like a wildfire! I enjoyed my experience immensely! Go Team Dynamite!

I’ve been going here for years and every time has been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I’ve had my hair colored by Jose and cut by Zucy and both times loved the results. Can’t wait to come back!

Tracy is our favorite cutter, been coming to her at this saloon since 2014. We drive in for Waller, Tx just to see her. Today she is cutting my hair and my kids hair. She has a lot of patience with my Autistic son. Our family loves you Tracy
