I LOVE Dr. Jacobson! I've been with him for over 30 years! Veronica was very helpful, knowledgeable, & professional.

I and my wife were there in the end of June. The experience is good. Doctor is friendly. The staff gave me and wife advises to frame selection. They did a great job.

The issue we had was “we don’t really like our glasses”. Because they are not very comfortable when we wear them. My wife don’t regularly wear her new glasses citing it makes her eye very stressful.

Until today, we had a chance to get the glasses adjusted by an expert. He simply did quick adjustments to the frame. And the two pair of glasses now working wonderfully for us! It took him less than 2 minutes while the staff at vision center struggled to adjust the frame. We didn’t know the problem with our new glasses were due to improper frame adjustments.

Again, the place is great with plentiful of frames selection. But make sure the frame is properly adjusted so it can sit on customer’s face properly. The quality of the place is top notch but failed to deliver the last mile.

I would gladly give 5 stars if they can do a better job for fitting our frames.

Dr Jennifer was amazing and did a very thorough review during my eye exam but that is to be expected. What I found remarkable about this office are the people working there and their willingness to help. Every time I've purchased glasses from here, I need slight modifications so they don't slide down my nose and VERONICA has been amazing. She is patient, takes the time to make sure that my glasses fit perfectly. I've even gone to their office a year after purchasing my glasses and she was more then happy to re-adjust them and told me to come back anytime. I would highly recommend this clinic for anybody wanting an eye exam, can't go wrong.

Great experience! New to glasses and the Dr. Vuong was patient and informative. She helped me understand what I needed and my headaches are gone!

Veronica was amazing at helping me select frames that fit my smaller face. We must have tried on over 30 pairs, but I ended up with a frames that I absolutely love and ones that fit well!

Got an appointment quite readily. The staff was very attentive. The doctor was very courteous and professional. Good examination very thorough. Overall an excellent service provided.

Got an appointment same day. Super friendly staff. Dr. Jacobson was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough with the eye exam and concern I went in for. Would highly recommend if you're looking for an optometrist.

Dr. Jacobsen was very attentive and spent a good deal if time evaluating my vision and helping me with contacts. I will be back in for some stylish glasses soon! So glad I chose Vision Center Greenway Plaza!

I called to get an appointment at the last minute on a Saturday. Liz was extremely helpful with getting me set up for an appointment. When I walked in the door I was met with smiles and a amazing customer service. Victoria gave me an easy eye exam. She was very knowledgeable about the exam and my needs. Amberley helped me pick out the best frames for my face. She had no problem with me video calling my daughters foe help with my selection. Veronica gave me a tutorial on contacts. She made me a pro on insertion and removal. Thank you ladies for an amazing experience. I will definitely be back and I have told my friends and family.

Absolutely Phenomenal experience! I went in for a routine eye exam and was given tons of information and enjoyed the entire process of finding the right pair of glasses. Veronica knows best when it comes to aiding in finding what suits you. Dr. Vuong was the sweeeetest, I even got a mini anatomy lesson to help me understand what I had going on with my eyesight. Entire staff was lovely.

Dr. Jacobson saw me for an eye exam for contacts and I had a great experience. He was very patient and knowledgeable as I asked him lots of questions about my new contacts. I’ve had issues with optometrists rushing me in the past and then I ended up with bad lenses! Dr. Jacobson made sure to take his time to ensure a good fit with perfect correction.
Veronica and the rest of the team were very friendly and helpful as well! Overall very satisfied with my experience, 5/5 would recommend to anyone

I enjoyed an AWESOME experience at the Vision Source Greenway -Galleria.
My appointment was on September 21,2021 @ 9: 00 a.m. Upon my arrival at 8: 45am while entering the door I was greeted by Erin. I first met Erin Stewart at the front desk signed in and completed paper work, she was very kind and very pleasant to work with. After being a Customer Service Manager for over 38 years I know what a consistent and true customer service really is. Erin was extremely passionate about her profession, body of work and customer service delivery. She greet the customer with a smile, confirms with customer the reason for the office visit and share with the customer the end to end process. Simply Magnificent, she discuss with the customer what the appointment and what the doctor's plan is for the customer on each doctor schedule appointment/ exams. She ask if you have any questions, issues and or concerns. Erin would communicate any concerns the the customer has to the doctor and staff. Erin has a tremendous passion for serving her customers and is a tremendous representation of Vision Source at Greenway Plaza. Erin truly cares about the customer experience and she goes the extra mile to ensure each and every customer has an EXCELLENT experience. I've observe the consistency with each customer in the office when I'm there and simply put you very seldom see that level of customer service provided any where.

Case in Point: I had trouble get a prescription filled for Eye Drop Medication via my Insurance provider (Express Scripts) with local pharmacy's (i.e. CVS & Walgreens). I called Vision Source and share my problems with Erin and she politely and professionally took control and explained to me my /our options. First she greeted me and informed me that she was going inform the Doctor of my problems and call me back with possible options. After speaking with Dr. Jennifer Yuong (EXCELLENT Doctor), Erin called me back as she promised and presented me with 3 options to consider and held my hand to the end to end processes to ensure I got my medicine and at a Discounted price. The level of CARE for the Customer and willingness to go the extra mile is second to none. Erin's, level of sincere Customer Service, Professionalism, Politeness, Knowledge, Thoughtful and PASSIONATE to Please and provide the Very Best in Customer Satisfaction is at highest level. Again, she consistently go above and beyond the standards set by any standards.

I'm so pleased with Erin and member's of the the Staff Vision Centers of Houston - Greenway Galleria I've shared my experience with my friends and 2 of them have visited this office and shared the same level pleasure and unique and rare Customer service provided by Erin.

Note: I've visited other Vision Source locations, but none provide the level of service like this location, so I travel 37 miles one way to receive the HIGHEST Level of Service to protect my Eyes and site with the very best of care.

This place is excellent! I emailed my prescription in beforehand to see if they had my lenses and they did. I was able to get in and they made my glasses before I left. And it was 20 min before closing. Just Superb service!

My customer experience at Vision Centers Houston Greenway was excellent, primarily because of Chris’s professionalism and customer service focus. I was there specifically to buy Maui Jim progressive prescription sunglasses. Chris took the time to ask me about my outdoor activities and then explained the different lens types and colors, lens materials, frames, etc. This attention to detail and knowledge from Chris allowed me to make an informed and very confident selection of the right sunglasses for me

Dr. Jacobson helped me and hubby a great deal we both needed prescriptions I had been straining my eyes for a few years subconsciously with out knowing abs he saw through me cheating on the eye exam bc we I strain my eyes can see which made my vision what it is today so I’m in a journey to let me eyes see with putting all the unnecessary stress in them they didn’t need it’s crazy bc I didn’t even know I was doing until my vision got bad! Thanks to Liz and Jason for great customer service Jason for picking our frames and liz for making sure our others doctors got our reports. Would highly recommend this place! I will be going here from now on plus you get warranty for a year in your glasses if you don’t lose them!

The office is clean and the doctors are caring and knowledgeable. Everyone in the office is very friendly. I will say though that their front office staff has missed the mark on several occasions.

A week after my exam, I called reception to ask for my prescriptions to be emailed to me. It took 4 calls, on different days, before someone actually sent me my prescriptions. On another occasion, I left a voicemail for the receptionist and still hadn't received a reply after 5 business days. Lastly, I had ordered updated lenses for my frame and was told I'd receive a call when they arrived in 5-7 business days. I'm a pretty patient person, so I waited several WEEKS before I called back to ask about the lenses. The lenses were never ordered for me.

Amazing service! Everyone is so nice and attentive. I wish I had gotten everyone’s name, but I’ll just say thank you to Jason and the rest of the team! Y’all are awesome!

Great customer service, friendly and very thorough in all areas. Dr. Jacobsen was the best and Jason was very professional and quite helpful.
