So awesome! They give such great love and attention to us everytime we come in. Kim and Cindy know us all by name and we've been coming here for over 15 year now, love ten and they live us!

Went in to get hair bleached silver white, it turned out dark grey blue, pink. Went in again it turned out dark grey, during this time the bleach-toner washed out of my hair and it was all sorts of colors. Went in yesterday to just go back blonde it is still grey, all of this within a months time and over $300.00.

Cammy was my hairdresser and loved the way she suggested the best which will suit me.
Loved the haircut. Would recommend to everyone who is looking for a perfect make over.

Best hair salon I have ever been to they are friendly and they listen to what you want done and they give you advice on what your hair needs. I recommend this place.

At Cammy's parlour I had a fabulous & awesome experience. Moreover, I would also like to add that she, undoubtedly is "one of the best hair artist" I've met during my various travels around the world. She spent a good three hours on my hair after keenly listening to my requirements. She shared her expertise with me & we agreed on a suitable hairstyle. The end result was pretty amazing and lovely! I simply loved her lovely saloon, the friendly, experienced staff and the awesome time I had there. I shall be a frequent visitor from now onwards I urge everyone to try her saloon.

WORST HAIR SALON EVER! They did not give me what I asked for. I showed the lady the picture I wanted and it was a picture of an ombré and this lady gave me highlights! She said so it could look more natural. Ma’am i don’t want it to be natural that’s the whole reason I came here I wanted an ombré! But she curled and I didn’t know it until the curls came out and she didn’t even cut my hair right it was so uneven! And so I came back the next day and before that I paid 160$ for my hair that she DIDNT DO RIGHT and I asked her politely if she could fix it and make my hair an ombré and she charged me 40$ extra for her to FIX my hair I spent 200$! And she still didnt do right again! I HIGHLY recommend you don’t come here

My friends have been going here for the past decade and I finally decided to go. My haircut has been praised by family, friends, and coworkers. I have now gotten my mother, sisters, and my grandmother to go, they loved it and their services were haircut, dye, and styling. They also do great work on eyebrows. Prices are also great!

Love Cami, beening going here for 11 years. Shes been cutting my hair since I was 16 now she cuts my daughters hair, Never had a bad experience there.

I’ve been going to Vision Hair Salon for over 14 years now. I love them and the stylists Connie and Cammy. They are very experienced and are super friendly.

BEST Hair Salon I’ve ever gone too. I’ve been here for 15 years and they always do my hair precisely how I desired it.

Normally I have Connie do my hair and never have any issues. But the last time I went in she was busy so Susanna cut my hair and I did a long bob and it turned out super cute! But then I went back to have Connie trim it back up because it had gotten too long. And she seemed to be in a rush and it did not turn out right at all. When I pull it back to a small ponytail you can see a 1 inch piece that is longer than the other. So when I call her I hope I can get it fixed for free by Susanna.

I was loving my curls in the day that I got it done ️ but unfortunately It didnt last even a week. I wasted my dollars, time and d quality of my hair in this salon. They might say that I might haven’t given extra care to my hair, but I took shower only after 72 hrs of getting hair permed. After that I am using conditioner and moose as well. Totally unsatisfied! Does a permed hair look like d picture? Yes, it is their work!

Theyre the best! I loved how much detail oriented they were with my hair. Went there for a haircut. Highly recommended!

I love love this place! I’ve been coming to this place for 6 years now and the girls treat me as if I was family. My hair always looks amazing thanks to the girls. They always listen to my concerns about my hair and I always walk out very pleased!

They didn’t cut my hair as i told. And very expensive. They charge me $35 for regular hair cut and regular shampoo.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience.my sister got her hair cut today by Elina and she cut off way more then she requested.
My sister is so upset she would not stop crying when she got home. When she shared with the terrible woman that she was mortified with how much hair she took off she didnt apologize she just kept saying it wasn't that big of a difference.unless she is blind I'm not sure how she can say that.
She had requested to take off 4 inches.by the look of it she took off about 8.
I would like a member of management to contact me immediately you guys need to do something to make this right.

We’ve been an extremely loyal customer to these people for the past 7 years. This is truly sad for me to have to even think about writing a poor review on them. My husband used to have his hair styled here by our favorite styler Jackie but sadly that ended today. Now that Jackie does not seem to work there any more, these other ladies are utterly disrespectful. Today my husband had to leave this salon, without a cut, after two full hours of wait after having driven to Irving all the way from McKinney. He was overstepped by three other customers that signed in after him. Fir the first two, he was nice enough to slide them through but on the third one, he was actually confronted by a staff who told him that she wanted to take care of this other lady first! Had they had an appointment, they wouldn’t have walked in to sign in, not to mention the staffs never gave him and explaination on why he was being ignored for three f****g times. After that, my husband quietly left the place.
Here’s the thing though, if you are going to complain about racism, and gender equality in America, people who are minorities like you ladies, should never par take in one simply because that will make you a Hypocrite. I am from an Asian background myself however, my husband is hispanic and it is a shame from one Asian to another to come up here to vocalize about our mistreatments. What my husband experienced today was heartfelting and felt nothing but pure case of Gender profiling which is ‘NOT’ okay. If you do not want to cut men’s hair, then please put up a sign so that Men like my husband do not waste their time on unappreciative b****es like you. What happened today was utterly disappointing and will never be accepted by any of your customers. You people SUCK at customer service just as WORST as your ENGLISH!
