I came in to update my prescription and get new frames, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well I was treated here. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time needed to ensure that I received high quality service. Thank you!

Nice office very friendly, but So disappointed! A miscommunication cost me $175, and I can’t get those benefits back. Office manager happens to answer when I called and I found out I was in a free trial and the contacts I was told I paid for I actually didn’t, so I lost my 2023 benefits. Someone also noted they reached out to me to follow up and was unsuccessful, but I actually did speak to them. Staff said I used benefits, manager said it was free. No one ever mention anything free EVER until 2024

I only have good things to say about the entire team at Vision Republic. I want to thank everyone for taking me in. I was a walk in with terrible pain but Dr Chau knew exactly what to do. He was able to diagnose me and treat me on the spot. I would recommend Vision Republic 100%.

Had been using them for almost two years and was very happy with the optometrist himself Dr. Chau. Unfortunately, their front office personnel are not very knowledgeable. They made a mistake last year in how they filed my insurance claim and now because of their error they are talking I can’t obtain renewal contacts or lenses for another six months. I no longer have contacts because based on their recommendation last July when I refilled it I only obtained six months with the understanding that I would be able to refill it again in Jan ‘24 for another six months. Now they are telling me I can’t. So what I’m I supposed to do? Pay regular price when I still have insurance because of a mistake in their front office on how they filed the claim! Because of lack of training and lack of taking accountability for this mistake, I will now be looking for different optometrist. They have lost a loyal patient because of their incompetent front office

I gave them a 5 star a year ago, but feel as if they have wronged me. I don't usually do reviews unless it's a great one but I was compelled to edit my initial review because of my current experience with this establishment. I will no longer be a patient of Dr. Chau.

We went to Dr. Chau because my daughter had an eye irritation and his place was near our new home. He examined her and explained the diagnosis. He was very friendly and his staff was great. I will be making Dr. Chau our family’s new optometrist.

Just brought my glasses into to see if I could get my frames switched out and I was extremely pleased with the kindness and professionalism of the staff at this place. They took their time in making sure that my new frames were as good as new and even did it on the spot. I’ll definitely be back for more service at this Vision Republic location!

Very friendly and professional staff. The ladies at the front (I believe Raquel and Elle) and Dr. Chau were all very informative and efficient. Will be coming back!

I had the best experience, it's amazing! Dr. Chau did a complete eye exam and even took pictures of the back of my eye. He showed me the photos and explained everything they are looking for. It was the first time they did it to me and it was great to see it. The entire staff is wonderful and it is a beautiful clinic!

As you know I have been to several ophthalmologists. I'm so glad I found you guys. You know they really care about you as a person and really want to help.
