Went above and beyond and I wasn't even an established customer yet. I called with an emergency situation when my 14 year old lost a contact lense at school. Had them ordered within 15 minutes. You usually don't get that kind of service when you call and say "hey, I'm not your customer but I need help"
I am definitely a customer now.

Dr Cody Whiddon is very patient dealing with your eyes. He listens to what you need and want and tried to accommodate. I'm very pleased with this facility and will definitely continue to go. His entire staff is professional and courteous

Dr Whiddon is very professional and friendly. The staff is as well. He is thorough in his exam and makes sure you are comfortable, satisfied, and all questions answered.

Had a wonderful experience! The front staff were super nice and friendly, the optometrist was very caring and helpful in assisting my exam. Got my glasses the day of and did not have to wait long at all!

I adore the entire clinic. They are all laid back and welcoming. The dr doesn’t just do the exam and leave the room. He actually talks with you about what to expect and makes sure you know you need to come back if you’re not comfortable in your new prescription! Great place. They’re great with children too!

I really like Dr Whitton and his thoroughness. We had been going to Dr DeBeer for over 20 years and enjoyed the smooth transition. Our insurance was taken by Dr DeBeer. The only drawback was the office didn’t share with me before my appointment that they didn’t take our insurance for medical just vision exams
