Friendly staff and even though it was busy they fixed my old glasses while I was purchasing new ones.

I had an amazing experience at the Prosper location. Aisha was really helpful and provided excellent customer service when I purchased my glasses and contacts!

Everyone was so helpful and saw all three of my children got their exams, contacts and glasses and what felt like no time at all. This is our second year coming to them and we will be back next year

I went to this location after having a bad experience at the Visionworks connected to my eye doctor. Avery was absolutely amazing with helping my daughter pick out her glasses. Lori was helpful with picking out the right glasses. They both were really helpful it came to insurance part of the process.

The sales assistant was excellent, guiding my decision-making by offering information and ideas, while not being overly-attentive while I looked and thought about the choices. I liked the selection of frames that were available. Overall, the atmosphere in the store was great - friendly, helpful, customer-oriented service. I’m glad I shopped there and was able to find just what I wanted.

Customer service is very professional and quick, came in to get my glasses fixed and Avery got the job done seconds!

They spent the time and effort to help through to process of picking frames, lenses, insurance. Friendly and quick turn on the lense creation.

My wife and I have worked with Lori and her team for the second year in a row in Prosper. I have never felt more confident that the glasses would be right when ordering. Lori should be benchmarked against all as top shelf. She has trained her staff to be customer focused, attentive and detail orientated as it pays off when receiving your new glasses or prescription. We could not be happier!

Too much pressure to choose progressive lenses. Need to offer more info on other solutions.

The customer service is top notch and the energy and vibes were amazing. You were greeted as soon as I walked in and the wait time was within reason with only 2 staff members being there during a peak hour.

Aisha was very helpful and she really took the time to recommend frames and lenses for us based on our taste and what looks great on us. Definitely recommend!

Avery was very helpful in understanding my needs and explained all the details and available options.

I would give 10 stars but all Google offers is 5. Anyway, VisionWorks Prosper is AMAZING! I showed up with a later-in-the-day appointment and had Dr. Shannon Trinh, who by the way, was fantastic, (funny and professional), along with her team. While there I was taken care of by Tre, an amazing young man. Tre, I appreciate your professionalism and your humor.

After I left the Optometrist I went to select my eyeglasses next door at VisionWorks and met with Aisha (Dr. Aisha) and Avery who were absolutely fabulous people especially after having had a very bad experience earlier that morning at the IHOP in Windsong where I went for brunch. (Tangent thought) I entered the restaurant to eat and was looked at as though my family and I inconvenienced the employees by being in the restaurant. We were not greeted at all. We were taken to a table and a menu was dropped on the table and the employee walked away and that was it. My family and I decided to leave because we knew the experience would not be a good one. I informed the manager but she did not care to care either.

Back to VisionWorks.so I met with Aisha (I call her Dr. Aisha because she is studying medicine) and Avery and they were INCREDIBLE and a breath of fresh air after having had the experience with IHOP that morning. Both Dr. Aisha and Avery helped me select glasses, which was actually challenging because all the glasses were very nice but we were able to make some great choices. While we selected glasses Aisha mentioned she did not work on Thursdays because she was in school and studying biology and chemistry and I asked if she was studying medicine and she said she was study to be a Physician's Assistant (P. A) and I asked why not go on to be an M. D or D. O?

Anyhow, Dr. Aisha and Avery were/are absolutely fabulous as is their team and I think everyone should experience them so they can walk out with smiles on their faces like I did and be cheered up. These are two VERY amazing young people and I wish both of the the utmost success in life! Flood this place, you will love it! By the way, my glasses showed by a week faster than Dr. Aisha said they would, Thank you soooooooo much Dr. Aisha, you are the BOMB, young lady!

6/24/23 - I paid another visit to the store to check on the prescription sunglasses I selected and I'm glad I did because I missed a call from the store but got to take care of everything during my visit! Aisha, Avery, and Kaitlyn, you are incredible.

7/26/23 - Lori, Avery, Aisha and Kaitlyn are amazing. Not to mention Dr. Shannon and her team (Rachel and Tre) on the optometry side.
One VERY happy Army Combat Veteran, on repeat occasions!

8/22/23 - Once again, VisionWorks (Prosper) hooked up my family but this time it's my boy, my 7-year-old son. Kaitlyn and Avery took great care of my son, Lucas. Thanks!

My recent experience here was fantastic! I ended up having to travel to the store twice the day I purchased to take advantage of an offer they had and worked with multiple people. All of them were super helpful and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend this location to anyone look for great service and glasses.

Very welcoming staff, answered any questions me and my husband had on deals and other discounts. Avery helped get us checked out and was a great help explaining insurance breakdown. Also very funny 10/10 recommend!

Great place for your Eye care. Friendly, caring staff and eye Dr Paul is wonderful! Very reasonable with prices also. I give it a 5 star out of 1 and 5!
