Visionworks Alliance Town Center reviews
10Great customer service! The ladies helped me narrow down my selections. They were very knowledgeable about what my insurance covered and what would best work for me. The store was clean and felt very inviting. My new Eyewear store from now on!
Knowledgeable and excellent Customer Service! We’ve been giving our money away to a mediocre staff and are so glad we found this place! Everyone was super helpful and down to earth! It’s our new vision home!
My glasses are late getting here, as it was sent to Visionworks with scratches on them, so they sent it back to be remade, but didn't tell me there would be a delay. I only found this out when I finally got a hold of someone. My order doesn't pull up online so I can't check the status of them. That means I have to call. When I call, I'm usually on hold for 30-45 minutes before I get hung up on. When I went there initially, there were only two employees trying to help like 5-6 people.
Edit: Then I get a canned response like below. I have emailed them and after 48 hours and no response.
Excellent service. Helpful staff. In and out quickly. Highly recommend. They have a great selection of glasses as well. Had so many issues at Americas Best (worst) that I ended up here and the difference in service was no comparison at all.
This location in the Alliance area has customer service that is so awesome and friendly and let me add the manager is very efficient.
WONDERFUL DAY TO GET MY EYE GLASSES! Enjoyed it so MUCH! Please, KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT SERVICE! And Associate and Customer relationship! PERFECT!
Hailey provided my family the best service more than once. She seems more competent and willing to help wharever the situation is. Thanks, Hailey.
The Alliance Visionworks is a great place to go. Lots of choices for frames and especially helpful staff. My husband and I have been there many times. Never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!
I’ll update my review outcome regarding the arrival of my glasses - until then I’d leave 0 stars if I could.
Upon arriving for my appointment, I was greeted by three girls at the front who were all enjoying pizza, complete with a pizza box on the counter. One of the girls handed me a clipboard while the others ate before me. After filling out my information, I waited for the doctor. When he eventually entered the room, his demeanor left much to be desired. He greeted me with a casual "hey" and proceeded to act rather strangely. He took a moment to compliment my purse, referring to it as "huge, " before swiftly transitioning to discussing contact lenses. Throughout the appointment, he persistently tried to sell me contacts. Despite my repeated refusals, he hastily conducted my eye measurements and didn't allow me the chance to assess the options properly, leaving me feeling frustrated. Needless to say, I won't be returning to him in the future.
Moving on to the optical side, the experience of selecting my glasses was enjoyable and smooth. Interestingly, no one offered to accompany me and discuss the glasses, but I actually appreciated the solitude while browsing for a pair. However, the situation took a frustrating turn when it came time to check out. To my dismay, the glasses that the assistant helped me order ended up being shipped to a completely different state instead of Texas. It's baffling why I would physically visit the store only to have the glasses sent elsewhere. Following a call to find out what happened, a different woman (Manager it seems) answered and offered a sincere apology for her colleague's error. She assured me that my glasses would be overnighted to me but still have not received them.
