Mr. Tyrone and his employees are always so helpful whenever I come to this location. Either just cleaning my glasses or adjusting them, they are always very kind. Miss Clara is always very thorough and explains the price in detail and lets me know what am getting before the charge is done. A great place to buy glasses and such a great experience!

I just want to say how much my family loves Mrs. Clara at Visionworks! We have been going here for years and the #1 reason we continue going there is because of Clara. She is so helpful, I don't even pick my glasses out anymore, I just come in and tell her I need a new pair. She always knows which ones to pick for me. She knows which shape to suggest and tells me the TRUTH if something doesn't look good on my face! She is so sweet and friendly to all her customers. If they ever lost her, they would truly be losing a GEM! Thank you Clara for all you do for us!

I am a VisionWorks/EyeMasters junkie and I truly love Clara Thomas at Vision Works in Baybrook Mall. When she moved from the Pearland store, I followed her and sent friends to her current location. My reason for such loyalty is, her way of selecting the right pair of glasses for you and her incredible kindness. Anyone can be a salesperson, but it takes someone special to take the time with clients to be sure that they are satisfied.

I get glasses yearly and I go to the Baybrook mall location because they are very friendly and attentive- for those who still enjoy great customer service - this is a great location. There is a lady name Clara who helps me and she is very attentive to her customers- when one is not sure of what pair of glasses /frames to pick she humbly offers suggestions. Kudos to this young lady for the service and pride she takes in her job!

Went on vacation and lost my glasses in the water. My eyesight is really bad so I absolutely cannot go without corrective lenses. My family and I came to this location telling them I needed new glasses urgently and the store manager, Tyrone, was a GREAT help. He understood my situation and had my new pair ready in 15 minutes! Another lady helped me pick out the frames, Ms. Clara, she’s so sweet and personable. All in all this was a really seamless process! I went in not expecting it to be that quick and that easy, but it was. Great people, thank you Tyrone and Clara!
