I was very pleased with the level of customer service provided by Victoria. She took care of my needs and just made the whole experience very seemless.

A huge thanks to Victoria who went above and beyond with me. She started well writing my budget so I could get the glasses I loved! And provided the best customer service. I will be going back to her when I’m ready for my prescription sunglasses! Thank you Victoria!

I stopped in w/ my prescription to see if I could get frames cut for my smart glasses. I have checked other places before and was told no problem but they didn’t seem interested in helping or even looking into it. The manager was friendly overall but some effort would have been appreciated….

Visionworks associates were extremely attentive and personable during my time there. They take the time to acknowledge you when you walk through the door. They ensure your experience is pleasant without hovering while you browse the merchandise. I would recommend this store for your needs.

First time here. I took my daughter yesterday and that was the absolute FASTEST we have ever finished getting glasses. Picking out glasses is usually a painful, drawn out ordeal. Tori was amazing! She helped my daughter with frames, and gave honest opinions (which is usually rare at other places), and got us checked out quickly. We had great with customer service and was in and out in record time.

I have been to this location for the past year. Tori has helped me tremendously finding glasses that I like that fit my needs. She will also go above and beyond to cut costs as needed. She always does it with a smile too! Appreciate the entire team as they are always so friendly and ready to help

I was so happy with my visit! I was greeted and waited on right away. Emilee was so great, it was a pleasure working with her. She is a keeper! You can always get honest opinions with your staff. They care and want you to be happy with your purchase.

I went to a different eye place to get glasses and had not been happy since day 1. Came to Vision Works and Victoria was amazing. Explained everything in detail to me and also explained the insurance part which I never understood. I will keep coming back because of Victoria!

My wife and I came in for our yearly set of glasses. We were immediately greeted by Tori. She gave us the layout of the store and we gave her our insurance information. While we looked, she pulled up our benefits and was ready when we finished selecting frames. She made a good suggestion for my wife and we appreciate her honesty.

Victoria - amazing. Came in for a simple order of glasses and she did an AMAZING job taking care of me. Noticed I had a need for not only sunglasses but also for adjustment of my glasses. It was amazing service. Between her bubbly personality and great table manner I have no question I will be coming to this vision works again! Ask for Victoria when you come, she if the bomb dizzle!

My first time visiting vision works in t he forum to make a purchase for my glasses and had a gre at experience. Emilee helped me with picking out frames and made me aware of all aspects of my purchase as well as being very friendly and informative. Also took extra time to make suggestions and inform me I could you my insurance. Overall a very positive visit.

The service was bad. 3 young women working. I was waiting with my niece. Customer service was horrible. I had to ask what was going on. How come my niece was still waiting? They looked like chickens with their heads cut off. Gossipping about a previous customer. Needless to say we walked out
