Visionworks Ingram Festival Square, San Antonio TX

This is our first visit here at this location, and I was referred by a co worker because he had some very nice Wiley X safety glasses and I wanted to know where he had gone and this was the place. We were greeted by Ramon he was very quick to make sure we were acknowledged upon walking in. He directed us to the sections where we could find glasses while he entered in our insurance information to see what type of coverages we had. After we made our selections he was very detailed on every type of option we had and made recommendations. This was a very positive visit and I’m glad we were able to find what we were looking for. Ramon’s customer service skills is very natural and not forced.

Ramon and the other woman that was in the store with short grey hair was very friendly and very helpful through out the whole visit.

I'm always greeted with a smile, whether it's the front desk, the physician seeing me, or next door at VisionWorks to get my glasses ordered. Kindness always goes a long way in my book! I get this at both places.

Brooke did such an amazing job she was so professional and well taught. She took her time she made adjustments when needed. I got the transitional pair of glasses and they were amazing.

Went to Vision Works to replace my glasses that I had already purchased from there, because they were too heavy and bulky. The customer service I received from Donna was extremely excellent. She was very attentive in helping me choose a pair that would fit my needs. I really appreciate her explanation and the time she spent helping me. I would highly recommend Vision Works to all my friends and family. Donna was the best!

Jennifer was very pleasant to work with on getting my glasses ordered and very very nice, I like going to locations that make you feel very welcome.

Got some answers, were very nice but don’t come during lunch time you will be told to get out and come at your appointment time. You can’t stay.

The staff at Visionworks was awesome. We were helped immediately upon entering the office. We we offered a great variety of frames to choose from and there were no hidden fees or extra charges when it was time for payment. The overall service from the staff was impeccable!
