Don’t come here if you want to wait more than a month to get your glasses… my daughters order was ready since 7/30 (it’s 8/25 today) and they never once thought to give me a call to say they are in the store when I had called multiple times. It’s so unacceptable especially if you see they have been there for so long you don’t think to call the customer because hello they need glasses to see! 0/10 experience

I was very happy my wife and I when we bought glasses with bonnie she gave us great service and explained everything and help me pick glasses out qe will be back

Went in this afternoon to pick out glass with a new prescription. Bonnie greeted me the second I walked in, took my temperature and asked what I was in for. Told the lady my daughter was having her eye exam across the street and she would be along shortly to help me pick out my glasses. I asked her if she could go over my insurance benefits and maybe get started so we'd have that out of the way before my daughter got there. Bonnie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We wound up walking around and she was able to help me "narrow" down a few selections to about 7 and once my daughter got there she would help me decide. But Bonnie suggested one more.and it was THE ONE! I was so excited to be able to get all this done in such a short time. I have ADD so the thought of going through all those walls of glasses was very stressful. Bonnie is great! She is an asset to the store, very friendly and I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. Can't wait to go back in to pick up my new glasses. I also want to add, in addition to having a LARGE assortment of styles and prices to choose from, the store was very clean, they sanitize the glasses that you try on, every was masked up. I felt that they took every one's safety and health into consideration but carried on business as usual. I highly recommend them and will go there again. Ask for Bonnie and she will steer you in the right direction!:)

From when I entered and left the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bonnie helped me at the Mayan location. The frames are very beautiful and there are a lot of choices. I did not feel rushed. Bonnie even help me understanding what my mothers insurance took care of. I took my mother back and Bonnie was able to help her as well. Also, my glasses came in earlier than anticipated. The store is very clean. There is social distancing and mask up. They do check your temperature as well. So it was safe for these times that we are in. I went a week ago to get my glasses. The woman who assisted me was so nice. But I called to just check if my glasses were available yet, and whoever I got on the phone had an attitude and asked me if I had received the text that they are ready and I advised I have not. The lady then said okay then their not ready.like okay. A simple no ma'am would have sufficed. I am hoping the customer service is not like this when I actually have to pick up my glasses. Which were very expensive by the way. But I paid the amount because the service was excellent. After the phone call I'm doubting whether I made the right choice in choosing vision works.

Supposed to fix eye glasses only if you bought them here? Then they don't fix glasses they want to sell you new glasses.

This location is very professional and respective. They always work on finding the best deals and answer all of my questions.

Sandra was my associate but all the staff is so friendly and helpful when it comes to the needs of the customers very polite and outstanding customer service I have been going to get my glasses there for the past 4 years and will keep going and will recommend friends and family to go keep up the good work ladies

Today I took my son to Visionworks at 1936 S. W. Military Drive. Sandra went above and beyond by making sure that we received the best service. There was an issue with my vision insurance that was reflecting not eligible. Sandra looked into the issue on her computer and found the new update on my insurance. Sandra also spoke to the Davis Vision insurance representative that had asked to speak to Sandra on my cellphone. I was able to tell that Sandra had many years of work experience as she had knowledge on reading the prescription with changes that were made from the last prescription. Sandra also explained that his old frames were still in good shape and we could get new lenses for them as a back up. We bought a pair of eyeglasses with lenses and back up lenses. Sandra's positive attitude and great customer service was greatly appreciated. When my son and I walked out of the store I told him that I was glad that lady help us.

Came in to order glasses and contacts. Seen the eye doctor next store they were awesome. When we came to pick out my frames and order contacts. Sandra was so helpful I had no clue how my insurance worked but she helped me understand and get the best deal out of pocket. They had such a great selections of frames and discounts. Right now they have buy one get one free. I will be using them for my vision needs form now on.

Maria was my associate and really provided great customer service. While assisting me, a manager in the background was assisting another customer that was being very uncordialable! She had the patience of a saint, and was able to resolve the situation to the customers satisfaction! Great job ladies! This why I’ve been a loyal customer for many years with this branch.

Great place. Great staff. Came for a second opinion and loved it. They went through the process slowly for my kids to understand. I would definitely come back and refer to family and friends.
