Olivia greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I'm a retired retail Mgr with 55 years of experience, I would hire her in a second. Make sure you take care of your employees, so they will love their job and stay.
The customer service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. They made sure I got the best deal my insurance would allow. As I was alone, I asked their opinion on how the glasses looked. That is extremely helpful when picking a pair of glasses.
Very pleased with the staff.helpful.courteous and pleasant. Even replaced the worn and missing "nose" pieces on my current glasses without my asking and without cost.
Looking forward to getting my new glasses in a few days.

Unfortunately i forgot to catch the name of the young lady who helped me, but i’m a student doing everything without my mom for the first time and tend to ask a lot of questions.she was very kind and patient with me and made me feel at ease while helping me choose my lenses.
Typical taking advantage of a women when she goes in. My fiancé went in with insurance and they told her it didn’t cover it. She paid out of pocket. Then when I called to let them know my insurance does cover it, they charged the insurance a higher price and did not honor the price they initially charged.
Very car salesman like. Still have not received my refund.
