Their treatment is not pleasant, they made me feel uncomfortable as if I did not have papers to live here nor money, and I showed them that I had the necessary papers, after a thousand questions I still decided to buy a frame and the prescription of the glasses and they did not fit me well.

Great selection of frames at the store! Juan was super helpful and rectified a problem with my order quickly! I appreciated his great customer service and friendly attitude!

Everytime my son and I go visit the 2 gentlemen that work there are very helpful and knowledgeable about what is best for us. They always make us feel like home and they don’t rush us in making the right choice and the right lens frames. This is why my son and I go to this Visionworks!

Update: one problem. The website (and maps) says the store closes at 7pm. But we arrived at 6: 45pm and the front door said closing time is 6: 30pm.

I have been going to this Visionworks location for many years. The staff here is the best, especially Josh. During the early, scary days of the pandemic, they made me some glasses over the phone using my old measurements and a new pair of my old favorite frames, without me having to come into the store. The glasses were mailed to me and were perfect. Another time, I bought glasses at a different Visionworks location, and the lenses were not right. Josh had the lenses fixed for me at the Arbor Walk location at no charge. The prices are always reasonable, and all of the staff at this location is excellent. Josh and the other staff truly go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

Josh was extremely helpful, all the way from helping with my insurance information answering all our questions, he made sure my 10 year old daughter found exactly what she wanted & needed in her new pair of glasses. Glasses trends change so often. We both left extremely happy!

Lots of help from the staff to ensure I got the glasses I needed. They went above and beyond to redo a set that didn't work for me and to ensure I was refunded the difference. Good folks!

The No. 1 top associate is Mr. Smithmeyer (Josh). He is the only one know everything. I did visit South office, Lakeline Mall office and Josh office which is at N. Mopac. Nobody can solved my problems even the store manager. I am so glad that Josh help me out. I just don't know why he is supervisor? He should be General Store Manager. Hopefully, he will get promote soon or become a corporate manager and teach other sale associates about how to remove the lenses? How to adjust the frame by using the correct tools? They really don't know what they are doing?

Service was very good. Their hours on the website aren't correct. They are not opened until 7 pm, they close at 6: 30.
