Visionworks is an excellent place to get your eyewear. The associates are very friendly and very helpful fulfilling your needs.
I love this place she took her time with me and help me understand my needs for my lifestyle I’m very pleased with her knowledge and attention to detail. The customer service is one of the greatest and I will always trust them with my money and time. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but these ladies at this location has proven that their customer comes first. Thank you vision works for putting a great team together.
Took my son for his 1st pair of glasses. One, I got no help. When it came down to get the lens options they did not give their recommendations. My son’s prescription is really high and it being his 1st pair I wanted to get them ordered asap. Didn’t want to shop around.
Once glasses were ready. We came in told them we were there to
Pick up his 1st pair of glasses. The girl pulled a box containing his glasses, took the RX out, opened the case and handed us his glasses!
We were not asked to sit and have them fit them. I took the glasses and sat my son down at the desk to fit them myself.
I use to work with a private optimist for 15 years and never did I do that. I kind of expected them to fit him with them. I guess thats what happens when you go to chains.
Oh and to top it off there is no warranty. Times have changed.

Nancy did a great job helping me pick out frames. I have never gotten so many compliments on a pair of glasses. She made sure I had everything I needed to take care of them and make sure they would last.
I went in to get my glasses cleaned & nose pads replaced. EVELYN went above & beyond on getting me the PERFECT nose pads & explained that there’s different shapes & thicknesses to them. Also, she adjusted them down to the T for me! EVELYN is the true definition of PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you again EVELYN!
