They do not even deserve a star if you can not even have a year warranty on your glasses will not ship here again. Will not suggest this place to no one

My daughter and I made our first visit to this Vision works and had a great experience. Nicole was extremely patient and helpful as I searched for a backup pair of glasses. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Even after we left my daughter commented on how nice Nicole was. Would definitely recommend this place!

Nicole obviously knows her job well. In the Corona era, I was having problems finding a local Medicare approved eye glass supplier after having cataract surgery. (Note: The local Baylor Scott & White organization sells eye glasses but does not accept Medicare after performing Medicare approved cataract surgery.) She immediately helped me pick out frames and took care of all the paper work for the one time only 80% portion allowed by Medicare.

Best customer service from all staff including general manager. These folks truly care and want to help anyway they can.

Chris Hennessy, General Manager and staff are awesome! They all work very diligently to make sure that your experience here is top notch! They make sure that their personal commitment to you is about you and the satisfaction of your eyeglasses and vision. Their store is very clean and they take extra precautions to make sure they follow protocol for sanitizing everything there. I would highly recommend Chris Hennessy and his staff at Visionworks Wolf Ranch Town Center in Georgetown!

Nicole helped us with our ordering glasses, she had a great personality and very patient with us and at that time she was left alone to do her job while taking care of store phones and customers. I put the 5 star because of Nicole’s great customer service

Where do I start, ordered glasses 2/6/20; take 2 weeks; called on 2/20 and the prescription was not there yet. Rep said he would check it was there the next day. Glasses came in 7 days later, the lab had got it wrong, so they had to be sent back. Finally got glasses 3/16/20. Won't go back again, don't recommend this outlet.

Nelda was amazing! She took the time to help me narrow down my choices of the MANY frames I chose, went over my options, and gave a good opinion on her choices of frames. Great work, Nelda! You have an excellent employee in her!

This place is awesome and they are all about providing a delightful customer experience. My glasses were fixed immediately and was provided with a free case plus they cleaned my glasses for me. Highly recommend.

Nelda helped get my prescriptions and insurance from another location which was a total life saver!
Nicole has helped me twice now, once to help resucitate some broken glasses, and then just today she helped me use all of my insurance benefits to get glasses, sunglasses and contacts all at a reasonable price.

We had a great first experience at Visionworks! Our son was getting his first pair of glasses and Nelda made him feel very comfortable during the entire visit.

I had an excellent experience at this Vision Works. I came into the store last week because my current pair of glasses broke. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Nelda. She called several stores in other states in an effort to track down information about my previous purchases and in an effort to locate a specific pair of frames. She also walked me over to the optometrist who were able to squeeze me in as I needed an eye exam to purchase new glasses. When I came back, she helped me choose a pair and explained everything about my purchase and insurance. Her customer service is superior.

I entered the store not knowing what to expect or even the process of picking out new frames. I was immediately met by Hayden and Nelda. Not only did they help me pick out the right frames, but we all had a blast doing it. If you need eyewear, this is the only place to come and the only folks to see!

Our initial visit to but glasses wasn't the best and we weren't looking forward to having to go back to pick up our glasses. However, on our second visit, Nelda helped us out and even apologized for the service we received from another employee on our first visit. She went out of her way to make sure we had a better experience this time around and she was absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful and made sure everything was perfect for us. She truly turned our experience with this particular location around. Next time we go back we will definitely be asking for Nelda!
