Working at Visiting Angels has been a God send for not only myself but for my family as well. I believe we're placed here on Earth to help one another and my job allows me to learn something new pretty much every day and continue to be a part of something much bigger than myself. Thank you Letty, Lee, Valerie, Ashley and Donna for the blessed opportunity.

We have been so impressed with Diana. She goes above and beyond helping my Dad and stepmom. Dad has late stage dementia and she helps him work through imaginative issues. She also helps with the cooking and cleaning and is a comfort to my stepmom. Thank you Diana and Visiting Angels.

The staff and the caregivers are professionals from the time you first meet them. They treated my elderly mother with kindness and respect as if they had been in her life for many years. I consider them family and recommend them to everyone I know.

Visiting Angels was a *HUGE* blessing to my mother-in-law and our family. We've been trying to get her to let us help declutter her house for years. A personal visit by Letty convinced her to allow Visiting Angels come help. No doubt that it was Letty's welcoming spirit and soft demeanor that changed my MIL's mind. Letty and her team worked all day to get my MIL's house safe again. Their servant's heart and hardwork is priceless.completely indebted to them for their service.

Extremely pleased with the vetting process of Visiting Angels Northeast SanAntonio. They sent us the perfect Angel in Yolanda Montoya. She is a very dedicated, experienced, and devoted person. This is demonstrated everyday but was most apparent when my wife collapsed and hit her head on a hard wood floor. She immediately went to her and comforted her on the floor until EMS arrived. She then offered to accompany her in the ambulance and stayed by her side all day throughout a battery of tests. We could not ask for a more caring person.

Understaffed, unable to fill predetermined set schedule. No call no shows multiple times. Leaving hospice elderly without any assistance.

Visiting Angels could not be a more fitting name for this organization! From the very start when meeting with Letty, Lee and Valerie, they showed caring, compassion and understanding for the difficulty in obtaining home care for my elderly mother. They assigned caregiver Sheryl B.for my mother’s care and it was a match made in heaven! Sheryl was so kind, patient and truly went above and beyond in treating my mother with respect and dignity! Thank you so much for all you do for our aging community.

I had to bring my Dad, age 101, from NY to my home in TX. I had nothing set in place to help with his daily care due to COVID causing a shortage in healthcare providers. I called Visiting Angels and let them know my predicament and they staffed me immediately with some amazing caring healthcare providers. The ladies not only provided the routine health care, but also engaged in the things my Dad wanted to do; conversations, watching my Dad’s tv shows, playing dominos, and joking around making him laugh.

Visiting Angels of Northeast has been so helpful, my caregiver Vicenta has been wonderful. They help me with cooking, and Dr appointments. I’m thankful for all they do for me. -Mr. Keen
