Horribly terrible The office manager says she doesn't know anything THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT EVEN IF YOU DELIVER IT CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION
They bring you back and forth. The air didn't work the whole year I was there, I didn't have hot water for months and the woman in the office didn't do anything. SHE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. She fights with all the people and talks to them but she says SHE KNOWS NOTHING. WHAT IS NEW

Lived here one year and let me tell u.this place made me hate this city.they had me and my family without hot water for 3 months! Once reported to the city they had a ever nastier attitude with us. The court ordered for them to fix the hot water within seven days and they didn’t come until the seventh day to fix it. That was three weeks ago thankfully we’re moving away now, but I do not advise anybody to rent here. Maintenance sucks. It is dirty and dangerous. Here it is roach infested, and other people say they even have rats has no gate protection.were left without AC or water for weeks to months.pool was shutdown due to the city getting involved how embarrassing.they ignore work orders you can hear gunshots if not super close by just a few miles away.cops are constantly being called to come to these apartment complexes for auto theft.the first week we were here somebody broke into her car and stole credit cards. Thankfully they had no money in it but we had to replace everything that was stolen inside the wallet.it has just been the most unpleasant experience I have ever experienced in my life and that is saying a lot.there was this bully going around could probably be the age of 13 or 14 he would just be around the streets, looking at who determined any age is ranging from toddlers all the way to a abults.he goes up to you and kisses you without permission, grabs your vape pens to smoke them without permission.if i delete zero stars, i would. DO NOT MOVE HERE! You’ll thank me later

The management accepts cash for application fees and pockets the money at all this owners properties I know this for a fact they have the right to wave application fees and they just steal the money from needy families absolutely horrific people

Front office ladies just hustling for the application fee. I was told I would have no problems when I applied than had no reason for me when denied

If u complaint about this place move to better one but I’m sure I don’t want to pay more because other apartments they Kim u out asap lol
