The general manager coughed in front of us without covering her face and obviously she wasn't wearing a mask, she is usually too rude, but today, she was even worse, she yelled at me, because I was complaining about some charges that in my opinión are unfair, at the end, I have to pay, right? But I don't think I deserve to be yelled, and, coughing without covering her face is really terrible
That is the one in the little office, very unprofesional

Please, if you are thinking of living in these apartments, don't do it, in less than a month my air is broken for the third time and it has left us without air for days, they won't come to repair it or even want to put a window in, please don't come to these apartments.

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER! They haven’t fixed my moms AC unit for two months! Not just her but other tenants have been without AC! Every time my mom goes they act like mimes! Roaches in every single apartment too! They never ever fix ANYTHING here! Do NOT RENT here you’re better off @ motel 6! SMH not to mention their cameras don’t work! AT ALL! Anyone can steal here! It’s so bad! The new management does NOTHING! But don’t worry my attorney is getting to the bottom of it! You can play a mime with my mom but NOT ME!

I stayed at these apartments and when I tell you the manager do NOT care about the residents at all I mean it! I did a service request due to my air unit going out and it took them a whole Month to fix it, mind you it’s 79 degrees in my apartment with the temperature set at 69. If you’re looking for an apartment please don’t waste your time coming here. And if you don’t believe me go there and ask some of the residents.

Very bad service the receptionists very bad treatment I am sorry to see signed a contract with them very rude they have no tolerance people without studies have more education than them, here on the page it says that views on the park closes on Saturdays at 4 pm and I just to call To go get my keys and he tells me that they close at 2 pm so what do they do all day just sitting down and still in a bad mood they should improve the hours that the page says and be more considerate and kinder I should see all this the city

Very horrible my kids went to the gym because they wanted to work out, management team is horrid. They told my kids ‘you have to be 18+ to be in the gym’ there was NO SIGN that said, you have to be 18+. My kids weren’t noisy at all. Im very disappointed of the management team at Vistas. Theres alcohol EVERYWHERE and they do NOTHING about it. The residents here BLAST music late at night and do nothing about it. My cousins tire got slashed because of the beer bottles and when he went to report it, all the management said was ‘next time it happens take a picture and show us’ BEWARE THERES ALCOHOL AND BEER! DONT come here.

Disgusting! Do NOT come here! It’s so bad. You could see the reviews yourself. Now you’re looking at one yourself right now. There is roaches everywhere. It’s scattered and disgusting. The walls are cracked and the color paints do not match it’s so unprofessional! These place is not safe for kids. People vape and smoke cigarettes! Not just adults kids are smoking too these days! I’m so afraid to leave my kids playing outside. Every small thing you do they FINE YOU. It’s so unfair. There is wine and beer bottles everywhere. One time I was about to go somewhere I was backing my car up but then u hear something crack and guess what. It was wine bottles under my tires. Till this day I don’t know if it was on purpose or accident. My kitchen sink is CLOGGED and FLOODED! My bathtub was so dirty when I got here. They are so unprofessional and disgusting. Ever since these new management team has been hired. Everything went downhill! The barbecue grills are so disgusting people put used cigarettes in the tray where the coal goes. They do not clean before someone moves it it’s so gross. It’s rusted everywhere. The lightbulbs are broken within a day.

Terrible service! The lady who served me was rude, grotesque and unprofessional. This is a lousy place to rent.

This place has been great and peaceful until the new management took over. The current management teams are horrible! Stefani and the manager, Suzie are the worst this apartment complex has ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place until the current management team is gone!
