Dr. Ahsan and his staff have great service and excellent bed side manners only reason we stopped going is our insurance is now out of network once insurance changes we are coming back. I'm an African American and I was in their waiting room during a tornado watch with my elderly mom and the storm started to get worst and the blonde lady named Delayne at the front rushed to help the white family come into the back office saying directly to them (not even looking at us) "We don't want you to be close to the window and looked at us saying we will get a room for you" with no kind of urgency. She then walked out and said the storm is getting better, do you want a room? She treated us like our lives was not as valuable. The doctor is excellent and I still highly recommend this practice.

There is no better dental office to go to! DeLaine at the front desk made me feel so welcome when I walked in. Cornelia did an awesome job of cleaning my teeth and is always friendly and welcoming.

The next day I came back for preparation for a crown and Dr. Ahsan did an amazingly painless job - and that is saying a lot! Karen was a great dental assistant! Missed Cynthia working with me, but she is also awesome! Thank you to a wonderful group of caring, friendly people!

I have been visiting Vital Dental since many years, and believe me i very tough in giving good ratings. Vital Dental staff is exceptionally good and they took great care of my deep cleaning work (both side of mouth in one sitting). Starting from numbing my gums and performing the cleaning work, no pain experienced at all. I am very happy with their service and kusdos to Dr. Asad and his staff.

Words can not explain the amount of gratitude I can give to this place. As soon as I walked in I was greeted so nicely, from the front desk to the assistant to the dentist by far best experience ever. I was looking everywhere for my emergency tooth pain. I was recommended here, and I don’t regret coming here. They really treat you just like they would like to be treated. Everything was explained to me in details and all my questions were answered, I left with no worries. Dr. Asad is my new dentist from now on, without a doubt

My only oral hygienist, Cornelia, was fabulous and quick. I was out in 20 minutes. I was able to shop and made it home for training. No one else will work in my mouth and I will follow her directions.

The receptionist were very friendly. The x-rays went well. The diagnosis was complete. The decision of what to do was up to me. Explanations of everything was very helpful.

I don’t think I could’ve possibly had a more positive visit. Everybody was great, I had to have some wisdom teeth extracted and ultimately one molar but I went into it knowing what was happening while it was happening and with an excellent breakdown on cost. A very easy to understand walk-through of my x-rays and for the scope of work that was done it really quick. A short walk across the parking lot and i Fill my prescription and was back at work the same day.

Great place.my appointment was at 8 and i got seen by 8: 15.everyone was very kind and professional.definitely recommend!
