Vital Family Practice Center, Mesquite TX

Was at the Vital Family Practice clinic, I feel so frustrated, I went to the consultation with a previous appointment, after 2 hours, a doctor arrives, who is not Carla, it turns out that another doctor arrives and has not read my file, we are in consultation, and he tells me that I am not his patient, that another doctor is going to arrive, it is not the first time, what is happening to me, the nurses talk and do not notice anything, it is not the clinic I used to be, I am going to look for another clinic.

Been going to this clinic for acouole months now and I just can’t express how blessed I was to meet Dr. Yen. He is so carrying and explains everything detail by detail The new manager is amazing as well she is very helpful.

My wife needed someone speaking portuguese and they said there are many people speaking Portuguese but when I called about 3 times they didn't speak portuguese, only the doctor Pedro who was never available to talk.

Still I asked them if they would accept my insurance plan and they asked me to send my card by email to check, today after 6 days I have no response from them!

Such a great clinic was welcomed as a walk in. Front desk girl was such a big help with my kids. Thank you for everything you do.

The staff is super friendly and very accommodating to me. They are very understanding and they move quick. Would be coming back here again!

Took my kids here and got seen quick. 2 waiting rooms so that’s a big plus. Dr. Pedro Yen seen my children was able to diagnose my kids quick and sent us out with medicine thank you so much.

Staff is very efficient and thorough every time i’ve come here. Very personable doctors as well that make you feel comfortable when you’re sick which is very important!

I’ve been here a few times recently and I would say it’s the best place I’ve been to. The staff is excellent, they’re fast and organized. The manager is super nice & helpful as well! My next visit i will be coming here again

Coming from someone who did clinical hours here patients wait hours. I love being around the MA’s everyone was friendly and willing to help. However Dr Yen’s wife would constantly watch the cameras and tell you if you’re in the restroom / on lunch break too long. She would personally text you to get out of the restroom or if you can be doing something else. That’s what the manager/ supervisor is for. Not only would she text you about your mess ups but she expects you to stay with how they treat you. Some people just need a mental break especially in the medical field.

Worse place I have ever been too. Me and mom got here at 1: 00pm it’s been 5 hrs and she was still not seen. I have never experience such a horrible service at a clinic where they are sick people. Worse place to go. I do not recommend at all.
