Bought a Groupon for this place in May because I was new in town and looking for places I could frequent. Small hard to find place but I had no complaints with the service or staff. I wanted another Juvéderm injection but couldn't remember the name of the place so I went back to review my old Groupon for the name. The site stated I could buy that same Groupon for this service one more time, so I did. I tried to call to book the appointment and was told that i personally could not use it because I was there less than a year ago. I explained that it was posted on their Groupon site it could be purchased again. I was told I could give it to someone else to use but I could not use it. I asked for a supervisor and left a message but cannot get a response from this business. This Groupon price was over $340.and the fact I could give it away but not use it myself as advertised is absurd. I remember when I was first there the technician who gave me the injection also told me I could buy the product one more time thru Groupon. Poor customer service and to put a customer through this time consuming procedure is frustrating and annoying. After reading some of the other poor reviews I felt compelled to warn others how poorly this company values its clients. I left messages for the Doctor in charge to call me but they never did. For the owner to call me a liar is absurd. I have the Groupon WITH the post on top of it say I could order this product one more time! THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

I called to make an appointment. She found me in the system and says looks like you were here last year. I said yes I used a Groupon and have another Id like to make an appointment for.should have been a clue to her. She told me available dates n I chose today 8/11. I arrived to my apartment early. I was treated by nurse/Dr no clue.had a white lab coat on.she asked my name, I told her.she said r u using a Groupon. I said yes.she says looks like u used one last year in Aug n it's to early to use another. I said I told the person.making the appointment and I was sent a reminder of my appointment. She says.sorry. I'm like I will.justncontact Groupon to get credit. So some.places let you use more than one a year. I've done it but Inassume.some appreciated business more rhan.others even if it is a Groupon in hopes for return business. Either way my credit was given and I will gladly use it at another facility. So much for wasting my time and gas money on this one. Lesson learned.

They are selling groupons that you cannot use.they are ripping people off who don't realize you cannot use 2 froupons in the same year.

Firstly I had trouble finding the med spa and when I found out it was called family clinic I think my gut was telling me to not proceed. I still went ahead as I had redeemed their Botox coupon for 20units. I was injected with 40units. 20units in each masseter muscle. Mind you I have had 40 units of masseter Botox before and have never had trouble with it. The injector walked in with pre-filled needles saying she had to fill them outside in her office because she wanted to make them stronger for my TMJ. I was hesitant as I have never been to an injector who filled needles anywhere else but in front of me. The injector did not take any before or after pictures like most injectors do. She proceeded with injecting my face after numbing and I have never felt this type of pain. I have a high pain tolerance, I have slept throw spine tattoos and Travis piercings so believe me when I say my pen threshold is high. Like I said I have gotten Botox before and it’s never hurt this much. I paid for the rest of 20units and made my way out. A week later, my smile is dropping. I have had cheek fillers and they are also droopy. Check out the pictures for reference

Upon doing some research and consulting with a few estheticians/injectors, I found out my Botox was either diluted or injected too close to risorius muscle which is also known as the smile muscle. Also another reason why it was painful was bc my Botox was diluted. The esthetician mentioned the formulation makes the Botox burn a little but shouldn’t be painful however I felt pain more than a burning sensation.
All in all, I have my wedding in May and I have a botched smile. My self esteem is ruined, I cannot look at myself in the mirror and refuse to show my fiancé my face because I am on a next level low about my face and smile. I wish I had trusted my gut feeling and not proceeded. I went for a fill out and the injector Katy mentioned it was because I had moved my face aggressively however I starved myself to make sure I do not move my face to eat. She said it should go away in 2 weeks. Other estheticians concluded it will go away in 3-4 months at best and that there’s nothing they can do about it. I am stuck with my ruined smile for my wedding and so heart broken about having lifelong pictures of wedding with this smile. I have my transaction under dispute as I refuse to pay for anything that not only did not do the proper service but ruined it for such an important moment of my life. Please be careful and trust your gut.

Have been going here for my botox and fillers for over a year. Have never had a bad experience, and prices are competitive.even without a groupon.

This place got me in quickly, price was great, and my lips look fantastic. I’ll be coming back for more fillers in the near future. Nurse practitioner was so nice. She did exactly what I wanted!

I believe they water down their syringes for Groupon customers. My lips shrunk down to it’s original size a few weeks later. I got my lips done about a month ago with Beverly Hills and my lips have maintained a nice plump. Very weird.
The girl who did my lips was really nice though.

I found Vitalite Med Spa to be very friendly and helpful. Kit did an amazing job and is very professional. I have used them twice now and hope to visit soon again!
