Call was on time, technology was good, the team I spoke with we’re very friendly, and made speaking with them easy. Good information was shared and I felt it was a beneficial and efficient call.

I was initially a little apprehensive about my first appointment. After speaking with Morgan, I felt relieved and I am excited to begin my journey to better health. They made sure to look into my insurance ahead of time so I would know what to expect moving forward. They also provided me the codes they will use to file if I would like to follow-up with my insurance for verification. I thought I was just going to be meeting with a dietician, but it looks like I'll have access to a whole team of support including a lifecoach and a counselor. I'm looking forward to becoming a healthier and happier version of myself.

Ms Jacy is phenomenal along with Ms Morgan! Great energy, motivation. Ms Wendolyn Davis is amazing, so enjoy our sessions.

Just started on this journey yesterday with my first visit with Monica. Our first visit went well with me and I am looking forward in meeting the team that is going to be with me all the way.

You don't meet with Dr Shah, ever. You receive marketing emails "from her. " All meetings and coaching are done virtually. The dietician, life coach, and counsleor were not helpful and seemed more annoyed to have another meeting. They billed my insurance more than $500 per appointment and when I cancelled participating with Vitality, I was suddenly responsible for a variety of charges. This is basically an extremely expensive version of WW that uses My Fitness Pal. Save yourself the money and just do WW.

I have had a great experience with everyone I have met. I feel validated and they take the time to listen to me. They really have helped me through this weight loss journey.

Morgan was great! Very knowledgeable and went over everything in great detail and made sure I understood what was to come. Great job!

My experience with the medical professionals at Vitality has always been fantastic. Each has proven to take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

I would love to give a 5 star review but the interaction with the admin staff has been less than stellar. Unfortunately, there constantly seems to be confusion about my account and my needs concerning scheduling.

I have been working with the vitality team for the last 2-ish months and have had such a wonderful experience with them so far. Each of the providers I have met with has been so positive and supportive and I feel optimistic about my weight loss journey with their guidance. I love the convenience of the virtual appointments and the providers are always on time for our sessions. I never feel rushed, they answer all of my questions and have provided so much valuable information and advice. Looking forward to continuing my journey with their team and am very thankful for their assistance so far!

This place is a complete scam! They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to billing. They don’t know how to work with insurance and then charge you without you permission and do not even tell you when they charge you a ridiculous amount. They don’t even send a receipt.

First visit… was very easy to use the portal.

I always enjoy talking to Angela. She gives me good solutions and suggestions. I enjoy doing the Nourishly logs. It helps me monitor what I eat and eating at least 3 meals per day definitely curbs my desire to snack all the time. I have lost weight so that's a big plus. I like the progress I am making.

Billing and customer service team (maybe just one lady?) is not very good. Very hard to understand and not clear on why they charged me $200. After 2 weeks, they wanted to contact me at a later date.

She then said that I needed to call my insurance (fine w/e) and when I asked for an itemized receipt, still nothing.

BE AWARE of random fees and unclear communication.

Wendolyn is awesome. She's always encouraging me and proud at how far I have come. She also has great helpful tips too. I always look forward to my appointments with her.

I appreciated the attentive manner which I was treated. Morgan addressed concerns and was very descriptive in explaining the weight loss program.

I loved that they accept Medicare and I have lost 22 lbs, so am very happy with the support I received.

Stephanie, works towards helping me on a mental capacity to know the importance of what’s real and what is not. She also attends to my needs to help me verify the difference between feelings and negative feelings and for this. I am grateful she’s awesome sauce.
