A+ service and care. Rapid appointment scheduling, not a waiting list like others. I was seen at the time scheduled. Love it.

Very nice facility, clean, organized, and the staff is friendly, courteous and professional. I am a VA patient and was seen here by referral from the VA for a skin issue. I was treated well, and thanked for my service. I couldn’t ask for better treatment or a better experience. I don’t know if I’ll be seen here again, but based on my experience, if I am given the choice, I would be happy being seen in the future.

VA sent me here and was pretty disappointed. Facility was dirty, staff was …meh.just feel like I received the cursory thanks for coming in and we’ll see you in a year…to get more of the VA dollars. Won’t be coming back.

The Dr, staff were professional. No long waits and made me feel comfortable and their waiting room is specious and you will not worry about people breathing heavily behind you coz their is no long waiting lines.

First time being seen by Vitalogy Skincare. I was referred by my PC. It was difficult contact their office once scheduled. The service was fine but communication is a problem.

Was able to get an appointment months sooner than another dermatologist place. Staff was friendly, wait time was as expected, the doctor was able to address my issue quickly, he was thorough and helpful. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit and everyone was very professional and helpful with the process which was all new to me … definitely recommend them for your dermatology needs.

Dr. Nailling was very good he listened to my issues and came up with solution. Very knowledgeable and the staff was so pleasant. This was my 1st time coming to this location. I have 2nd visit for a follow up and I look forward to the visit to see how my progress w Dr. Nailling for my issue.

Waited one month and paid $200 just for the doc to say, "IDK, lol" and referred me elsewhere. Stealing money for nothing. Smh

They listened to my concerns. I was given options for treatment. It was easy to schedule the initial appointment, and also the follow up appointments.

I was very dissatisfied, made me wait 1 hr for appointment, then felt rushed. Spent more time doctor did explaining why they ran behind than with my concern why I was there … his problems not my problem. So they ended up giving me a cream for itch, and never did say my rash itched so you make up your own mind but will go some where else get a real person who listens and cares. Second opinion in my future
