If your dog has an abscess, a ball is not the clinic that can help you. I went with my dog bleeding and he came out in the same condition. They don't call to check if the dog did well with the medicine like other clinics do and they don't even give the call for the test results.

All of the staff were friendly and professional, and I had a wonderful experience. As a new pet parent, I was a little nervous about how smoothly things would go. The vet nurses politely educated us about all of our care options, so I felt confident and well-informed in our decisions. You can tell that everyone there truly loves animals and wants to provide the best care to your pets like they're their own.

35 minutes after our appointment just sitting in the intake room before we vet tech saw us.

The vet was supposed to be “right in” to talk with us, but that took another 30 minutes.

They still hadn’t done the procedure that we already agreed to with the tech. The vet said it’s be another 10 minutes. Ended up only being 13 minutes

Oh, and took another 10 minutes to check out.

Simple appointment cost us an hour and a half of our day.

We are new pet parents. This place came highly recommended and I can certainly understand why, the staff is phenomenal. I am very comfortable bringing and leaving our Bella here for whatever is needed.

I took my baby girl Karma in to see Dr. Zbun at Huebner Oaks veterinary Hospital yesterday right before they closed because she broke a nail. It was split all the way down the middle. And the doctor took such good care of her. I was having a really rough day and all of the staff and the doctor went out of their way to make me feel better.dr. Zbun even wrapped up Karmas little foot and decorated her bandage depicting her costume Harley Quinn. These people are amazing. I absolutely love them and I think that if anybody wants a really good veterinarian hospital they should go see them. Their prices are reasonable and they take really good care of my pets. I had my first experience with this vet hospital this past weekend. Our family had to make the difficult decision to put our beloved Rocky to rest after 18 yrs of friendship. From the initial phone call for information and throughout our difficult time this hospital was so compassionate, helpful, thoughtful and made the experience as painless as they could. They prepared a room for us to be with our beloved Rocky, they came in and talked with us about our life with Rocky and assured us we were doing the right thing. The doctor explained in details the process, what to expect and then gave us more time with our pet. Never once did they rush us for the room or push us out the door.
We are extremely grateful for this wonderful team of animal lovers and highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their animals. Thank you huebner oaks vet hospital for all that you did for Rocky and our family.

New to the area and first time there with my German Shepherd. Friendly staff, both the vet and the tech took the time to listen and talk to me for a bit. Very caring towards my dog. Look forward to bringing my other dogs in for care.

Vet tech staff and vets are great. Front desk staff, meh, no apparent organization. Showed up for appointment and didn't get put into a room for another 45 minutes after scheduled time. People who came in after us were being put into rooms before us.

Best groomer in the city! Eve loves our shih tzus almost as much as we do and it shows in the wonderful job she does with their grooming. The front desk ladies are helpful and polite (and they love our furbabies too!).

Fairly good experience for almost two years, then.found out the staff completed our dog's rabies certificate wrong (. No serial number or manufacturer information). They then charged us for a second vaccine to fix their mistake. No choice on our end, we were backed into a corner because it had to be done within 21 days of our moving.

Other than this one issue, they are really one of the better vetrenarians we have ever used. Dr. Leckie gets a fifth star, she is very attentive and actually is responsible for letting us know what was needed for our relocation to begin with.

Had our first experience here at Huebner Oaks. We are very happy with how they treated our 17 year old dachshund. They were able to fit us in for a last minute urgent examination. The Doctor & his assistant were extremely thorough, gentle, caring, and transparent about a necessary treatment plan. We will certainly be back again for any of our family pet needs.

I was very pleased with my experience here. The staff was very friendly and the building was nice and clean. I will be bringing my cat here from now on.

This place has helped multiple animals of mine.very reasonable price compared to other hospitals and vets

I took a neighborhood cat in for an ear and GI issue. The administrative staff were all wonderful, super helpful and empathetic to the cat and myself. The vet seemed professional. I wasn’t prepared for the bill. I wish I could have had a better understanding of what each treatment was going to cost prior to accepting but overall I’d say they know their stuff and are very efficient. If I ever adopt an actual pet for my home I’d come back here. One more thing, they were very friendly about the financial questions I did ask and suggested the CareCredit card option without being too pushy.

Find a place to provide a good quality and end life to your pet during COVID-19 is not easy. I lost my pet last week and they were very professional and compassionate during and after the process.

A genuine concern and caring is what you will find there. They walk with you In good times and talk with you in bad times.

I’ve brought my dog here for the past ten years. We started coming when my dog was young and had fear issues. They were so kind and patient. And now that she’s a fragile old lady they are still so kind and patient with her. Always a good experience.
