Recently i went to Viva Nissan and let me tell you. Maritza was really friendly amazing customer service! I am happy with my experience. She went out and beyond to answer all my questions! I would definitely recommend her!

Terrible service

bad communication
I took my vehicle for inspection on Friday, June 30, and they checked it until Wednesday, July 5. They charged $376.09 for checking it, and when they delivered my vehicle, dirty on the outside and dirty on the inside
I am very surprised that since Nissan is a corporation with so many quality recognitions, they do not give importance to the training of their employees who are in charge of the client.
I do not recommend this service to anyone

Couple days ago I went to get an oil change for my 2022 Altima and I needed help and guidance, I asked Maritza for help and she was really helpful and she gave me great customer service. I had a great experience. 10/10 great work Maritza

I had called and left multiple messages about taking my vehicle in to get serviced. Never got a call back. I decided to just drop it off. I arrived at 7: 45 am and let them know I need oil and filter change as well as tire rotation. We stayed there and waited. Around 9 am I asked for an update on time, they said about an hour and a half more. I waited. After that time passed I did notice my vehicle was moved. I asked if they were done. He went to state that they forgot to do tire rotation and would be 30 more minutes before they took my car back in again. Poor communication lead to me having to wait additional hours when they could have notified me they made a mistake. Oil change had been completed hours before but was never notified of their mistake. I feel my tire rotation should be at no charge due to the lack of communication between the technicians and lack of communication between customers. They Bay didn't even have any cars in it when I went to follow up so not sure what the hold up was.

I bought my suv 6 months ago at Shamaley Ford, and my suv was not turning on, so I took it at Shamaley but since my suv is a Nissan, was told that it would take longer to get it fix, and I was really stressed out about it because I couldn’t go to work, but when I got to viva Nissan, this gentleman help me out right away, and he explained me very well what was going on with my suv and also was really friendly with me. My suv was ready in 2 hours, I was very pleased customer,

Viva Nissan has amazing deals and there service is great but Jose Gutierrez I could say is the best sales man there we had and issue and he jumped right into it and help us out I really do appreciate all that he has done for my family and us.if you ever buy a new vehicle or have any questions he is the guy to go too he is so polite and helps you get your dream car. Thank you so much Jose Gutierrez you are truly amazing

I was given the run around i told them what was going on with my car and i was ignored and they should have told me about the warranty on it they left my car out there with soda cans in the motorthey never took time to hear me or help me

Excellent customer service, we were only looking at the vehicles to make the change in the future, however everything was very fast, the process was very easy, we did not have to wait hours for approval, Miss Maritza Martínez went beyond our expectations! He
Vehicle was delivered to our house the same day! 100% recommended. We will definitely make Viva Nissan part of our family and future purchases.

Worst experience ever. Please don’t waste your time with this car dealership. Salesman- Marcos Ramirez is very unprofessional and incompetent. His manager is rude and unreasonable. Dealership likes to drag their feet. They are quick to want to make a buck but will never follow up on their promises.

Worst experience of my life. Not only did I get sold a lemon. 2021 Nissan Sentra I gotta jump start everytime I drive it and purchase multiple batteries every year but when I take it in for service no one answers their phone. No one returns messages when you leave them. This place is garbage, this car is garbage. Took three days to do a software update. Every timeline I was given was wrong. Had to Uber there not knowing If car was done or not twice due to fact no one answers or returns calls. Given every excuse why job wasn’t completed. Nissan only has one thumb drive. We don’t control the internet speed. Both wrong answers from a huge corporation. Have an infrastructure that supports the products and services you sell. Don’t take folks hard earned money and then treat them like they are inconsequential when you preached family and pride in service when you sold the car. Be honest Nissan. Be better.

I loved working with Maritza! She was so amazing and kind! She did so good answering all the questions and was so patient with me, and did her best to make sure I was 100% satisfied! Amazing costumer service!

I arrived during a busy time as there was a line to wait for Jesse to attend to each car. I did notice 2 other employees about 10 feet away from the service area holding a conversation that did not seem like it was work related. One employee seemed to be a manager of some sort as he was not in a service uniform. Not once did they turn to help Jesse as his device was not getting proper signal. Jesse did a great job despite running around these gentleman. Establishments are short staffed but when 2 people are standing right there seeing that Jesse was drowning, that is not right. Kudos to Jesse. He was very helpful and professional despite running it totally solo.

Fernie Oporto Jr at Viva Nissan in EL Paso is AMAZING. He is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. He should be a supervisor or manager. Will only go to him for service, no matter how long I need to wait.

The appointment was quick and easy to make, but they returned the truck to me "EXACTLY THE SAME" they did not do anything I asked for in addition to having it checked.

I already had a very bad experience.
I went for a Rogue 2022. To begin with, they gave me the wrong truck, I reported that it had a noise and a sensor on, I went, they checked it, they told me that everything was fine and I had an accident hours after leaving the service, exactly at the 7 days after taking it from the agency, it is what I have now, they delivered it to me in October and it already has a noise and it shakes when it is in "P" do you think I can trust the Nissan service again? I hope this time I don't have as bad luck as last time, which is supposed to be why you go to the agency and not anywhere else.

My truck "2022" sounds worse than a motorcycle but the Nissan service does not listen to anyone at all. I imagine they do not want to listen.do you want to battle with your new car worse than an old car? Go to Nissan.now I'm waiting for surgery on my cervical spine thanks to Nissan

Titan dropped off on Tuesday morning. It was ready the next day along with the 30,000 mile recommended maintenance for it. Was told that a fuse was to blame for the AC going out. On Sunday it did it again. I’ll be going to the dealership first thing tomorrow when they open to see what’s going on & if this problem can be fixed by their service department.

Took my Pathfinder for maintenance and it was ready the same day! It is running very smooth now. My outmost respect for Jesse Elias, in the service dept. He has been there for years and is always attentive to our needs. Great Job Jesse! Thanks to all mechanics and the staff at Nissan for the special care to their customers! Blessings.
